"We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others. Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast. If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind. Really enjoyed the stay...."

"Such an amazing place to spend your weekends or holidays at! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! They set up a special group chat for me and my boyfriend so they could update us on different activities in the stay and also for us to write our requests down if there are any. The room is fantastic: the mattress is super nice, feels like you’re sleeping in a cloud, Japanese style toilet, great specious shower, amazing view from the window, and even a projector for watching movies in rainy days. The valley is absolutely gorgeous, animals are friendly and look free and happy. The staff is really taking a good care of both animals and the involvement. We’d love to come back again."

"I booked two spacious and comfortable rooms for my friends. They were clean, and the bathrooms were ensuite-style, so it wasn't cramped. There was even a mahjong table where my friends had a blast. We also had a barbecue there in the evening, which was super comfortable. The place was large, and the kids had a great time eating and playing (see pictures). The next day, we decided to have lunch here again because we enjoyed the braised chicken with mountain snails the night before. The steamed fish was excellent, the ginger and scallion chicken was delicious, and the crispy bamboo shoots were incredibly tender and tasty. There were 11 people (including 5 children) and 10 dishes, and we finished everything! As someone who needs coffee every day, this coffee was definitely worth it—dark roast beans, so fragrant! Worth a visit! Because of the scorching sun, we didn't climb Luofu Mountain (it's actually very close, we were just lazy) and stayed until after 3 pm before heading back. The owner is a young man, and when an auntie was eager to check in, they were very patient and explained that she needed to clean the place properly before they could let her stay. Hopefully, everyone can be patient; the service industry isn't easy. The owner is indeed a very kind and helpful young man. Please be understanding and considerate ❤️, and may his business prosper! By the way: Give the apron-wearing uncle an extra chicken leg, he was so enthusiastic! Grateful for the encounter on my journey ❤️"
