Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

The hotel interior is beautifully designed. We booked five rooms altogether as we travel with four families. The staff helped us arrange all the rooms on the same floor and even upgraded our rooms. I really appreciate their kind arrangement. The restaurant food is so yummy. There is a recreation room where we can play tennis. There are lots of places to take instagrammable photos. It is beautiful! If guests come in summer, they can join handcraft workshop to make their own 紮染bags or cloth in different kinds of blue colour. Wish to come back again!

Booked two rooms! Highly recommend ~ comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a convenient location! We had a lot of luggage from our road trip, and they thoughtfully helped us load it into the car. You should try the tea in the hotel lobby, it's delicious. They even refilled our hot water kettle, which was very much appreciated ~ The location near the scenic area is also super convenient ~ there's a VIP service that picks you up and drops you off at the hotel! Walking to the nearby Zangxiangge restaurant for a meal is also a great option!

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is so peaceful and very close to the waterfalls. The VIP walk gives you a really clear view of the falls. The best is honestly the manager Xu, Wei and Wang. They were so nice and attentive to our needs and even had a celebration for the tuanyuan holidays. Great breakfast too, they knew we were foreigners so manager Xu went to get some bread for us for breakfast !!!! It’s by far the best hotel we have been since our trip. They really accommodate us and even pickup us up when we head to town for diner !!!!! I will definitely come back if I’m back in Guiyang. It really made some great memories for our China Trip!

The hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel.

i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

Basic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

Excellent resort, with outstanding service and beautiful location. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. For example, we went out for a very early morning hike, and the staff prepared special breakfast for us to carry with us for the hike. Also, they upgraded our car service and were always available and ready to take us wherever we requested. They also gave us perfect recommendations for the places and time for visit which made our stay not only comfortable and hassle-free but we got the best experience and ended up covering way more than we planned to. We left with a heavy heart, after 2 night and 3 days of building connection with the resort staff members. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

網上看到好評如潮，果斷選擇這家！位置很方便，離景區很近，而且房間乾淨整潔，還貼心準備了好吃的特產波波糖，房間還有一次性浴巾和毛巾。最重要是老闆服務態度很好，看到我們帶小孩，主動給升級了房間；早上六點多親自送我們到景區排隊，我們遊覽結束後，累得不想走路，老闆又親自過來接我們，如果不是趕時間，都還想多住幾晚！真心值得推薦！
