"We stayed at the hotel for three nights over a national holiday and had an overall positive experience. The location was excellent—close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city center, and the bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. I used the gym daily, but it could have been better maintained—it often felt untidy and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The breakfast improved each day but was clearly geared more toward local tastes than international ones. Despite a few minor issues, the overall service at the hotel was very good, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting the city."

"My husband and I had the most incredible vacation experience at Club Med Anji. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by our lovely GO friend Jackie. The resort's stunning location surrounded by picturesque landscapes left us in awe. The lobby staff wearing pink at Club Med Anji went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request. Big thanks to Jackie, her genuine care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the Club Med family. One of the highlights of our stay was the Bar team taking good care of our anniversary with personalized attention, I cannot forget to mention Fitz from the bar team, whose exceptional service added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Having been to various Club Med resorts, I have encountered many talented staff, but Anji team truly stood out. Last but not the least we really enjoy the lovely conversation with Hotel manager Jarod and Leisure manager Kevin. Thank you all for such relaxing and enjoyable days! We certainly will be back!!"

"The hotel was really good. Their service was excellent as they helped us with all our requests. The owner also offered to drive us to the Skyland cable car station which was really nice of them. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. The hot-spring was good and prepared well. Overall we had a really great stay."

What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for. Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable."

"乘着天氣好帶小朋友周邊踏青，開始是被名字吸引。因為之前帶小朋友讀過金銀島這本書📖，到了之後發現居然真的有和書本故事呼應。小朋友激動的不得了説住了就能像吉姆一樣勇敢又智慧了。房間一進去就像在船上一樣乾淨又温馨，這個價位就給配備了咖啡膠囊機和迷你吧真的是超級用心💗了。服務人員都很温柔熱情，風景也是非常好🏞️。拍照超級出片👍，因為它的造型真的非常有新意。如果以後還有機會來安吉還會考慮這家~  住夠了普通酒店想要換換風格的可以無腦沖~"

"Smooth check-in experience , the reception also supported our request for the room change for a better view. We stayed 2 nights and had a peaceful time. The rooms are clean, breakfast is also good, though it has room for improvement on the variety. A small river passes by the hotel and can enhance feeling of the nature and the surroundings."

"這次來安吉旅遊，最滿意的就是入住了一家非常舒適乾淨的酒店，房間是典型的新中式風格，素雅潔凈。最讓我喜歡的是房間裏配備的精美茶具和免費的安吉白茶。還有新鮮水果和手工甜品。晚上自己泡上一杯，看着窗外的夜景，旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。床品也很舒適，一夜好眠。 酒店將“茶”元素融入到了每個細節，從大堂的茶香到房間的茶具，處處見用心。環境清幽，開窗見竹海，心曠神怡。服務人員態度親切，有求必應，因為續住酒店，節假日價格漲價，友好溝通後也完美解決，再次感謝前台小姐姐和店長的超好服務！推薦給姐妹們安利！服務絕對是五星級的！從前台入住到餐廳服務，工作人員都面帶微笑，非常貼心。其次還推薦了本地好吃的燒烤和幹挑麪，石鍋魚，本地菜系，對於我這種選擇困難症的非常友好！位置也是離各個遊玩景點較近，樓下對面就是一條美食街，但是睡覺隔音非常好，聽不到一點聲音，本人睡覺稍微有點動靜都不行，這點非常值得點贊！這次入住給了我太多驚喜，真的值得本人好好誇一誇！姐妹們真的無腦推！！！ 早餐豐富，既有中式點心也有西式麪包。好吃且精緻，環境非常適合集美打卡拍照📸 總之，這是一家兼具文化底藴與度假舒適度的完美酒店，下次來安吉，一定還會選擇這裏！ 感謝香茗麗舍，讓我在忙碌的生活中，偷得浮生半日閑，後會必有期！"

"Life needs to do some subtractions to get a real rest when you return to nature. Every afternoon there will be a rain. I walked back to the room and was wondering if the umbrella was going to be in the yard. I saw an umbrella device. Good design is to integrate into life habits, help you peel off those flashy things, always have preparation where you need it."

"I visited Tianhuangping once before and couldn't forget its breathtaking scenery. This time, I chose Wujie Shanyin B&B, and it exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady was so gentle and helpful, assisting with luggage, water, and ice. The room and all public areas were very clean, and there's coffee and other drinks available! Plus, it's pet-friendly! Finally, I got to bring my furry friend along, and they were so happy running around from the moment we arrived 😊😊 The absolute best part was the incredible starry sky viewing balcony at night! "We had the best vacation!! The service was outstanding ( We don’t speak Chinese and everyone was so kind and helpful). The location is also amazing, walking distance from the “Skyland Park”. The breakfast was also very good (  multi Western and Chinese options). Highly recommended ❤️ The kids already ask when are we coming back 😆"
