"I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by our lovely GO friend Jackie. The resort's stunning location surrounded by picturesque landscapes left us in awe. The lobby staff wearing pink at Club Med Anji went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request. Big thanks to Jackie, her genuine care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the Club Med family. One of the highlights of our stay was the Bar team taking good care of our anniversary with personalized attention, I cannot forget to mention Fitz from the bar team, whose exceptional service added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Having been to various Club Med resorts, I have encountered many talented staff, but Anji team truly stood out. "The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10."

"The hygiene and facilities were perfect. As for service, perhaps because it's a new hotel, the staff sometimes seemed a bit unfamiliar with the procedures, but they were all very enthusiastic. There was also a dedicated contact person on WeChat for services, which was very thoughtful. I had read reviews mentioning limited breakfast options and tight seating, but upon arrival, it far exceeded my expectations – no need to worry at all. The restaurant offers expansive views and beautiful scenery. A suggestion: the in-room mini-bar had coffee, snacks, drinks, and a coffee machine, but no tea bags were provided, which didn't reflect the 'tea country' characteristic."
