What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

Good hotel with a fantastic view . I had a 1 bed apartment fully furnished with everything you need for your stay . The view was breath taking as it is situated on a hill & rooms spacious and come with balconies . A bit far from the main attractions but taxi’s are available . The service was good but there is no restaurant so you have to order food from outside or go out to eat . There are a few nice places near by to eat and drink . If you are going to ksmail you can get a bus from down town for about €5 , over all a pleasant stay

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

Recentemente, passei seis noites no Hotel Julia em Sarandë com uma amiga, e não poderíamos ter ficado mais satisfeitas com a nossa estadia. O hotel é gerido por uma família adorável que fez tudo para nos ajudar e nos acolher durante toda a nossa visita. O nosso quarto estava impecável, era limpo diariamente e tinha uma vista deslumbrante da varanda — perfeito para relaxar. O pequeno-almoço era excelente todas as manhãs, com porções muito generosas e servido num ambiente pitoresco. A localização é ideal — perto da praia e do centro da cidade, mas ainda assim suficientemente tranquila para relaxar. Acima de tudo, os funcionários foram incríveis. A sua hospitalidade tornou a nossa estadia verdadeiramente especial. Recomendo vivamente o Hotel Julia e certamente voltaria!

We have stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights and its located in the center of the city and really close to the main public beach in Sarande. The owners have their own restaurant and the hotel and they are doing a great job as the lady cooks lovely food and you will find it affordable to eat and stay as its really beautiful and efficient to visit nearby places. There are all types of facilities around the hotel. Do ask the owner or the people if you need help in navigation to vista places they will let you know. I loved my stay and will visit it again without any doubt.

The hotel staff was friendly , and have a lovely stay in the hotel for 3 nights with amazing views from my room.. and is very convenient place, highly recommend.

A nossa estadia no Hotel Havana em Sarandë foi muito agradável, a localização é grande, a atmosfera relaxante, e o pessoal é amável e bem-vinda. No entanto, alguns elementos da lista podem ser um pouco enganadores.O restaurante do hotel está fechado, e o pequeno-almoço é muito limitado, quase porcionado exatamente por convidado, com café disponível apenas como americano. Compreendo plenamente que isso possa ser devido ao fim da temporada turística, mas seria útil se essa informação fosse claramente mencionada no anúncio, de modo que os hóspedes possam planear em conformidade. Apesar destas pequenas questões, ainda temos boa experiência e o hotel tem potencial para oferecer um estadia ainda melhor com apenas algumas melhorias.

Booked for our last night in Saranda as close to the port for our early morning ferry departure. Perfectly located for this just a short 5 minuet walk. As it is in the centre of Saranda it was very loud through the night. Great if you are there for partying. Very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Basic amenities but all worked and were clean. Great air con in our room. I would stay again for a night if we were getting a ferry

The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all. But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time. View is beautiful - sea view Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.
