Very well appointed hotel, The room is spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, great balcony with pool view. Well decorated corridors with artworks. The swimming pool is large and very clean. Really well maintained hotel inBanyuwangi. The staffs are really friendly and ready to help anytime. Will come back in the future!

Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

The room is big. The staffs are friendly. Dispenser for drinking water is provided. Close to Ketapang Pier. Very strict procedure for security reason, especially to go to basement and room balcony. The guests have to ask the staff to get the access to basement (car park) and ask the staff to open the balcony door. We can see Bali island from the lounge and bar at the 11th floor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was so well mannered, helpful, and friendly! The morning breakfast was great and had a lot of variety! And there was hardly ever anyone in the pool, so my boyfriend and I always had it to ourselves. I had numerous video meetings for work during my stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure my internet connection was as fast as it could be! They even changed the router outside of our room! I’m grateful for their hard work and hospitality!

Nice room, nice view, nice breakfast, nice service. The welcome drink tasted very good and fresh. Thank you for upgrading my brother's room into the ocean view one for his honeymoon. My brother left his marriage ring when we checked out and they kept it safely until we return to Banyuwangi a week later. Thank you.

I chose this hotel because of the design and good feedback of guests. As expected, the hotel offered us a pleasant atmosphere with a quality service. I love the wooden sliding doors which hide a bathroom and balcony. The breakfast is good enough and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I didn't use a swimming pool and rooftop bar since we spend more time for sightseeing.

Pleasant stay, staff always available and responsive, driver service from Ubud at a great price with a new and comfortable car and a very nice driver. Villa with a wonderful living room kitchen with breathtaking views towards the valley, the sea and the volcano in the distance (lava flows visible at night), spectacular sunset even from the wonderful shared swimming pool. There is a very characteristic small gym. We really enjoyed the yoga class and the massage in the spa all at very fair prices.

When climbing the Ijen volcano, you usually stay in Banyuwangi, mainly because it is close to the pier, but to climb the volcano you need to get up after 2 o'clock and drive for 2 hours. So when I booked a hotel, I looked at the very famous ijen villa&resort, but later it was all booked. So I happened to be recommended by the app Teras hotel ijen. I saw that the price was 600rmb a night and it was OK, so I made the decision (later I found out that the price had been reduced to 450rmb, which was a huge loss). The hotel is about 45 minutes away from Banyuwangi Pier, but the location allows you to see the Ijen volcanoes, and there are rice fields and coconut trees outside. The sunset is so beautiful. There are actually several hotels around, as well as a guest house, which costs 200rmb a night. The hotel design is very design-like, similar to domestic boutique hotels, with only one floor of rooms. Since there are no restaurants around the hotel, you can basically eat at the hotel. The price is not expensive, only 50rmb per person, which is really cheap. However, there is a small cafe when you go down the alley from the hotel and turn right on the main road. A few young people are relatively new to making drinks, but the photos are beautiful. I recommend everyone to check it out. Then there is a guest house next to the hotel, where you can also drink coffee. It is surrounded by rice fields, which is also suitable for watching the sunset. Staying in the entire hotel was very relaxing and there was no sense of pressure. The biggest problem with Teras Hotel is that transportation is inconvenient. You can't get Grab here. Only the hotel has a taxi phone number. Going to the pier is twice as expensive and the asking price is 250k. There is no other choice but to leave. Also, if you sign up for a group tour to climb Ijen, it is not available here. The hotel will provide a contact person to discuss it yourself. Basically, a car costs 1,700k, including guide and tickets. We will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the pier at the end. The price is slightly expensive, but it is acceptable, and it is okay for three or four people to carpool. In short, in ijen, it is highly recommended to stay here for one more day to relieve the fatigue of the special forces trip.

I really enjoy the stay for 1 night. The staffs are helpful and the facilities is amazing. The breakfast is delicious. The room is very clean. The bathroom is very clean also. One suggestion is to provide slippers and shower cap. I recommend to come here again. Really good place to stay at menjangan

The location is not far from Ketapang, easy to access and suitable for a short break on a long trip to East Java and beyond. The hotel is quite comfortable and clean, and the prices are friendly. Maintain cleanliness and comfort.
