The most convenient thing about this hotel is that it is close to Sifang Buddha and several shopping malls, but the rooms are too old, the bathtub is so small, and it's noisy at night. The sound of motorcycles on the roadside is just the traffic in Bangkok, and it can't be changed. Apart from checking in and checking out, I feel like there is no service available, and there is no water delivery service at night, nor welcome fruit.

Location was very good. Within walking distance via the overhead pedestrian walkway to all the major shopping malls. Service was good and I especially appreciated the premier lounge facilities which was quiet and had a great view of the city. I will stay here again if I visit Bangkok.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub was a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Whether it was the Thai cuisine at the Front Room or the international dishes at Bull & Bear, every meal was a culinary delight. I like that when I stepped into the hotel, I can feel the aroma of the atmosphere inside. The service staffs and crews are all very helpful and nice! The breakfast is a sumptuous! The location is near so many shopping malls like Central World, etc. Food is a plentiful too. For those who pray, it is just within a short walking distance to the famous and popular Erawan Shrine🙏. Not forgetting too, it is just right at Chidlom BTS! Quan spa located in the hotel also offers one of the best body massage, facials, etc. if you do not want to venture out! Going else where for spa would mean you may have to battle the heat and traffic heading back to the hotel again! I will come back to stay here if the next opportunity arises🙂

There is a dryer washing machine and detergent is provided. Beautiful and unblocked view from high floor room. (If the quality of disposable slipper is better, it would be perfect) *Facilities: kid's play room, game rooms, board game room, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room. *Guest service: staff are friendly and helpful. *Restaurant Arun Thai: inexpensive and very good Thai cuisine. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I come for the next Bangkok trip.

Had a very good time at the hotel. Quiet yet only less than 5 mins walk to BTS station and 10mins walk to centralworld and all little bit more to platinum mall. Breakfast was scrumptious and gym is good. Room is very clean and big.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

first room we were brought to, we caught 6 roaches in less than 5 mins, size ranging from small to medium. asked for a change in room in less than 5 mins but was already ready to leave. thank god the next room we had was pretty decent & clean. even had a bathtub & big bathroom. hotel in general was pretty old so bathtubpin & bathroom taps were kinda rusty & hard to use. location is v convenient to bigc/ centralworld/ childlom bts but there’s still a very short walkway that has no shelter so if it rains, you’ll most likely be slightly drenched. cleanliness of the room was really the breaking point & defo needs improvement. if you’re not afraid of roaches, this hotel might be okay for you.

We were greatly impressed by the tidiness of the room, and the beds are really comfortable as well. In addition, the staffs of the hotel are really friendly and helpful, especially valets Khun Unda and Khun Wut who not only assist us with the luggage, but also with the reserving tables at restaurants and finding taxis for us (since we don’t know Thai and they help translating English to Thai for us) In short, a definite recommendation from us if you are looking for nice place to stay with proactive staff that always try to assist guests with anything!

The staff were very helpful. From the check-in process to the check-out process, everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. They even helped out with calling our transportation arrangements. It’s a nice comfortable hotel with good view of the city at the 50+ floor bar & restaurant. Difficult to find hotel entrance if you are walking from BTS station/Sky Walk into the huge Central World mall. Go up to 7th floor go inside Tops supermarket & look for a door to carpark & walk over to another door to access hotel lift to lobby on 23rd floor. Alternatively go outside of Central Mall to the ground floor & look for hotel entrance at the back of the mall to take lift up to 23rd floor hotel lobby. Excellent central location if you don’t plan to go outside of hotel & Central World mall (which has so many food options & shops & departmental store) much, as it’s quite a walk to go down through the huge mall & walk to Chit Lom BTS station. Can walk via Sky Walk to Siam BTS station & Siam Paragon & also to Platinum Mall. Can take from Chit Lom BTS station to Phaya Thai station & change to Airport Rail & vice versa.
