The hotel is a bit far and there are not many convenient stores around. But the rooms are massive and super clean.

We got the most expensive room and stayed there for 3 nights. The room is nice and also the balcony. The staffs were very welcoming aside from the front desk receptionists. They looked grumpy and unfriendly. Very slow to accommodate the checking in and checking out guests. The other amenities were good!

I booked this place for my friend and his wife who are traveling to Thailand.
My friends lost their pouches/cardigans here
I checked out..
They do not live in Thailand
Instead, I called the hotel to find the items
The staff who spoke to me on the phone at the hotel was very kind
My friend and his wife found the lost item.
They have a very good service mind.
But while Housekeeping checked out the room, I checked out and waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes. Then I could have found the lost item in the room. If Housekeeping had rechecked the interior of the room, then I would have known it was lost and found. This was a shame
Once again, it helped me find the item
I would like to thank the hotel staff.

We checked in at 10am and left our luggage with the reception as the room will only be ready after 3pm (that’s the usual check in time)
We went back to the hotel at 6pm to finally check in. The hotel staff speaks little English (which is fine) all she told us was our room is 530. So we went straight to the lift and had trouble finding 5th floor, gave up and went back to the reception then they told us that our room is actually at the opposite building. We had to cross the busy road to get to the building.
As we entered the building, the lobby had no staff. It was quiet. We headed up to our room and did an inspection. We found ants crawling on the table, used toothpick on the floor and the ventilation was bad.
We tried calling the reception and asked for a room change but they said they were FULLY BOOKED. We were really upset and went back to the reception to ask for a full refund as we were determined to check into another better hotel. THIS TIME the manager came and offered us a room change in the actual hotel.
Book this hotel at your own risk.

Awesome place to stay at rooms are big and clean. Facilities are good as well. Location wise not near any train station but convenient stalls are located nearby. Will stay here again for sure

Check in was a little slow at Lobby.. When asked the Check-in customer service was not familiar with the Junior Suite room lounge benefits etc.
Junior suite was spacious (60 m2), clean, luxurious, and it has a kitchenette, and a washing/dryer (2 in 1) machine which is really handy for my 5 days stay.
The Easy Elixir Lounge at level 6 was chic place for breakfast, casual non-alcoholic drinks. Happy Hours (17-19:00) every day - snack food & alcohol drinks- wine beer + cocktails. . The lounge staff was really welcoming, friendly and efficient, excellent customer service.
Fitness room is next to the pool, has a range of exercises equipment+free weights & yoga mat.
Free shuttle service to Phrompon shopping/BTS station.
Really satisfying experience, looking forward to my next stay soon.

Hotel location is isolated in housing area, outdoor parking, room cleanliness is acceptable, limited tv program only in Thai language, smelly towel.. Good customer service at reception and doorman.
