Location was good Le Fenix was located at the bottom of the popular sukhumvit 11 area with BTS SkyTrain asok about a ten minutes walk away and at the top of the hotel there's a good rooftop bar called The Nest.

The hotel is near shopping malls, restaurants, music venues. Walking distance to the BTS, good service, reasonable priced rooms.

The most terrible and worse hotel I ever experienced. Very dirty and unfriendly staff. Maybe it’s better to keep kettles here. I suggest never book it you will regret. I ignored the past reviews but they were right.

The most disgusting hotel In my life experience, full of mold in every corner, I asked receptionist to change the room, I went to check another 3room that she offered in another 2 different level but all worst then the room I got, I couldn't breath, I decided to look for another hotel and moved out immediately.

The location is probably the only redeeming quality of this place. As for the hotel, it is REALLY dated. I'll add some pictures but I just feel for that money (even though it is not that much) you could get something better. Most of the lights in my room also did not work, there was one light that felt like something just added afterward to give some light. The mirror was broken and just "fixed"/covered with some tape. The floor and bathroom looked dirty. Also, the hallway to the rooms was really dark and grim-looking. The staff was friendly, I was there an hour before check-in time and they would not let me check in, which I can understand.
