Good location as it was near Central world and i love the facilities! gym was well equipped and there was even game rooms and washing machine in the room and microwave! definitely would come back

Booked in advance and had great deal. The location, services, room and swimming pool are on point. Not so great breakfast but variety of choices for Asians.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights.
Pros:
1. Hotel check in was fast and efficient
2. Complimentary coffee tea at the lobby.
3. Room has a fridge, microwave and washing machine stocked with complimentary snacks (pictures). Refilled daily.
4. Everything works well in the room.
5. Nice pool.
Cons:
1. Buffet breakfast was mediocre. Food was not kept hot enough and some was cold. Limited options.
2. They don't clean the table before showing us to it and asked us to wait by the table for it to be cleared. Not a very appealing look to start of.
3. Waiters,waitresses and egg station were efficient but lacks the 'Thai smile'. My guessed was they were too busy as the hotel seemed to cater to tour groups.
4. The room has no blackout curtains as the design was wooden blinds. This is my personal opinion as I needed a blackout room.
Noise wise was ok. Quiet room.

Check in process fast and they require deposit 1000/night so prepare some cash, lobby not big but looks grand. GCP Ratchadamri located in very convenient place, walkable to big C platinum fashion mall and centralworld. Room very spacious and clean, with king size bed and nice window view. Downside is shower very hard to adjust the temperature, either too hot or too cold very unstable. Last I suggest hotel management put a small bottle of dish washing liquid so guests can wash the utensils anytime, overall we're very enjoy our stay in GCP.

Nice hotel with great location! Definitely will be back to this hotel in the future. Thanks to the front desk personnel who upgraded our room to a suite. Nice hospitality, nice ambience and nice fragrance at the lobby! One suggestion to the hot water selection, although there is instruction stated at the bathroom, however, it takes me some time to figure out where is the left and right to obtain the best water temperature. All amenities are great, best view so far!

This was the 4th time we stayed at this hotel. We visit Bangkok every year and over the years we have stayed at quite a few hotels nearby, and Grande Centre Point delivered the best value every time.
They have plenty of well maintained facilities that one'd expect at 5-star properties. There is always plenty of (free) coffee around, and the lounges were quiet and chill. Superb.

Staff is friendly and polite but their English language is not very good. There is an issue with the toilet drainage. It will flood the toilet. The staff came and cleaned up. Lounge does not served any food. Room is spacious. Breakfast is good.

*Excellent location: within walking distance to Erawan Shrine, Central World, Platinum Mall and many malls.
*Room: excellent cleanliness and amenities. There is a dryer washing machine and detergent is provided. Beautiful and unblocked view from high floor room.
(If the quality of disposable slipper is better, it would be perfect)
*Facilities: kid's play room, game rooms, board game room, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room.
*Guest service: staff are friendly and helpful.
*Restaurant Arun Thai: inexpensive and very good Thai cuisine.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I come for the next Bangkok trip.
