I Residence Hotel Silom

Have my period for first night and some blood stain to bedsheet. I was charge of 1700 baht. Its ridiculous even brimg to laundry shop wash was about 200-300 baht. It was daylight robbery. I can even wash myself too. But when i realize it was late as room had makeup. However the lady speaking English was not very polite. And she quite unreasonable too. Because the charges are from her.

We arrived late at night but we were happy to be greeted by their reception and was given an upgrade. It’s an average business hotel but the location is great since it is really close to the BTS. There’s also a 7-Eleven store, some restaurants, Mc Donald’s down the hotel as well as nearby spas. The Mahanakhon Skywalk, the tallest building in Bangkok, is just accross if you want to get a view of the whole metropolis.

Hotel is old and need renovation. Service ppl are good… great location next to Chongnongsi BTS. Lots of F&B around. Towel are torn. Was upgraded and the room is huge

Nice hotel for an affordable price. The staff are very kind and polite. The rooftop swimming pool have a nice view and breakfast buffet have many selection.

The room was fine, it is clean but there are times that the bathroom smells. The location is very good because it is near Chong Nonsi bts station. The staffs are friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located about 150 meters from Chong Nonsi BTR station. The reception is on the first floor in the garage, looks a bit odd but is fine. Deposit is required at check in in cash, they did also take RMB, Euro or Dollars but no credit card authorisation which is bit annoying. The rooms are on floors 2 to 9 with a swimming pool on the 10th. Rooms are not very large but ok for 1 or 2 for a few nights. I had a deluxe room it does have a fridge, kettle and sofa. Airconditioning works fine and the room looks clean although slightly dated. The bathroom is small with a turning sliding door. No views from my window and on Friday evening lot of noice from nearby bar which stopped around midnight. Breakfast is great and served on 5th floor, lots of choices but could do with better coffee. There is a 7-11 on the corner and Mo-Fr cheap lunches in the street adjacent to the hotel. Turn right when you leave the reception then left onto the street. After about 50m there is a local Thai restaurant simple but very tasty and at just 60 bath you can't complain. Very close there is also daily market 06:00 to 12:00, walk towards Holiday inn express and then turn left for about 200 meters. Lots of fruit, cheap clothes, food and other things. Also only Mo-Fr. Night market and other evening attractions are 10 min walk away and with the BTR on the doorstep this hotel is excellent place for moving around. Excellent value for money.

Great location and Amazing pool view ! Room is big, spacious, same with the bed. Bath tub is not well cleaned. Train station view. Restaurant has good train station view, but wish to have elevated set up. Cafeteria feel of plastic chairs and table. Breakfast is so, so. Reception ladies are not friendly and not accommodating. I have asked a favour of 1 Page to print, sent trough mail but they have hesitant assistance. Gym is too small. 3rd party Massage and 24 hour restaurant on ground are good. Same with 7/11. The stay was nice!
