Lovely location BUT it's an old hotel with very bad standards of maintenance. Staff is polite but helpless due to space design and little understanding of how neighbor hotels with similar or even cheaper pricing work. Corner rooms are terrible because of noise from other rooms, also faced bad internet. Was told that it's a king bed but it was twin beds joined together. Not recommended in this price range.

My First time booking with Trip.com for both flights and hotel.. And I’m very very satisfied with the service. At first I was worried about my ticket won’t work or valid but it was very convenient using the app which means I can check where I have to check in for flight, boarding gate, boarding time, where to claim baggage etc. through app! For the hotel, after we made payment through Trip.com, we got mail. And a day later, we got another hotel booking confirmation mail which we only need to print out for checking in and chill at the hotel. OKAY! We stay 5 night at family connecting room, and we love staying our nights there! Big space, good breakfast and locationnnn soooo nice!

The room & amenities can see this hotel used to be one of the top hotel, but it's now abit run down yet very clean. Some furniture & decoration inside the room (King Bed Junior Suite) could be more than 10-15 years old. Abit disappointing that the hotel didn't give me any special arrangements on my special requests (for my actual day birthday check in / arrangement/compliment upgrade/ect.. ). Not able to check in earlier despite rooms are not full (11.30am). Receptionist just simply ask me to come back 2pm because it's not the official check in time. Such an disappointing moment on my birthday. It's really Very different trea**ent fr my first Trip.com booking to a Hatyai Hotel (Z Sleep) early of the month where I gotten early check in despite 8am!
Location wise is good, 7-11 is just located at an adjacent office building. 8min walking to Sala Daeng BTS & Silom MRT. Early morning plenty of street food serving bfast for the office working people.
Lek Massage located at 2nd Floor is superb 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Go find it out yourself how good is the service.

Been here several times, hotel is good. The only thing I want to complain is their cashier staff, always lack of training, REALLY SLOW check in service, And not warm welcome at all.

Good location as there are a MRT nearby (5min) and some shops at night selling food and snacks. But service and cleanliness is not really expected

good location just right opposite THE COMMONS, sala daeng. room is a little old but overall it was clean and enjoyable. we booked the premier suite room and it was located on one of the higher floors so the view was amazing!

Big rooms for what you pay and I've been going for years but everything really starts to get old. First investment should be in new towels. Breakfast is alright. Definitely good coffee.
