Love everything about my stay at the Oriental Residence Bangkok. Location is everything and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Check in deposit is 2000 thb per night if you stay 5night will be 10k thb just deposit, try to make it low hotel dont have provide smoking room, for those who want to smoke please think about it, hotel room inside dont have washing machine Hotel room so far is clean

Very friendly and helpful!!! I had booked the wrong dates for trips.com room and they right away helped me out to change the dates for my room and contacted Trip to give me a refund for one of the room!!! That’s was super nice of them!! I highly recommend this place and service!!! And the butler service very good !!! No question about it!! Thank you so much please keep up this amazing service you have!!!

We chose an apartment to stay with our friends for a communal area to eat and gather and we were loved the stay! Lights were a little dim but place was clean and spacious. Location was also pretty convenient, just a few mins down away from Central Embassy

Stayed as we had a conference at the location. Very nice. Pillows too soft for husband but wife enjoyed them. Everything very professional.

Very impressed with the room size, value for money. Considering it’s a residence, kitchen facilities is well equipped. I like how the bedroom and the living area is separated cause one can sleep in the room while the other can work in the hall. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the best cause it’s a few minutes ride to the nearest mall - Central Embassy and not much street vendors in the surrounding vicinity. But I will still choose to stay here given that it’s quiet and very much the center of Bangkok, so it’s convenient to travel to anywhere.

It was just an absolute pleasant surprise, this hotel is like a little gem on Wireless Road, convienently located in the heart of Chitlom, everything is just perfectly located minutes away or nearby. We had to give some praises to the staff, since so many of them really impressed us with their kind hospitality and wonderful service. This lady at the restaurant, Ms Kookai was amazing, she remembers all of our preferences for food and drinks, and even the temperature we like for our drinks! On the second day we returned, she already remembers all of our drinks and brings them onto the table for us without even us asking for it, the same goes for the third, fourth and fifth day. It was amazing that she has such heart in her job and how observant she was! Two other wonderful staff, Ms Beach and Ms Beer (I hope I got their names correct) were both truly elegant and amazing in looking after us with their kind hearted smile and always being so well mannered and welcoming. Even under the warm heat and out door temperature, they smile effortlessly.. Thank you very much for your helpfulness and kind service. I was very fortunate that the staff remembers my birthday and they send me a very very lovely and wonderful birthday surprise! Thank you to the Team: Wat, Cho, Miew and Berm, it was indeed very very heart warming, you all have shown the beautiful nature of the Thai people, the way you smile and you take pride in your work is admirable. Your love in your work, your creativity is a role model for the hospitality industry! Thank you so much! It was very kind of you all! I would also like to highlight Mr A and Mr Wat from the Concierge team, they were always helpful and going the extra mile for us. Thank you for all the recommendations and making the reservations for our dinners, and coordinating with the transportation arrangement for us. Everything were taken care of for us. We really appreciate all of your kind help and assistance in making our trip so much at ease for us because of all your kind and organised arrangements. Last but not least, thank you too to Nakan and Tui, and the young man who tidied the room for us, and the rest of the team who worked so hard, so polite and so kind in making our stay such a pleasant and wonderful one! We definitely plan to return and will recommend our friends or anyone too to visit! The wonderful Thai hospitality you all demonstrated made you all stand out and all of your beautiful smiles will be missed until next time! Oh, the breakfast selections was just amazing and plenty to choose from!! Rooms are super tidy and cleaned, pool is perfect, shelter or no-shelter for the sun, was such a nice breeze… and the little bar area too…Really lovely! Towels are super clean as well as the robes in the room was very comfy. Thank you very much everyone again for everything! We miss all your smiles already! Thank you!
