Room was quite small 😅 the lobby of the hotel also looked abit suspicious and it’s in an alley way but it was very easy to locate (grab drivers & tuk tuk drivers) were able to easily locate. On the 2nd night our room had ants out of nowhere and we feedbacked to the receptionist. They called for housekeeping and when we returned to our room in the evening, there wasn’t any more ants, so kudos to them! Staff was very friendly and helpful too 👍🏻 overall it was a good stay and a nice boutique hotel, however abit too small for our liking. Do note that there is very limited charging points. Our room only had 1 between each bed and the other one was below some table top. Please bring your own multi travel adapter if you intend to stay here!

This is my third time to stay at this hotel.The hotel room is clean, big and comfortable and staffs are very friendly. Walking distance to train station, to platinum mall, big c, central one mall. It is very convenient. The breakfast is good, many choices. And the hotel give a small cake as present on my birthday. Thank you! I will definitely choose to stay here in my next trip in bangkok! Highly recommend.

Always wanted to stay here but didn’t had the fate. This time around manage to stay at Centara Watergate and it was really a pleasant stay here.
Location wise is perfect. 5 minutes away walk from Big C, Central World and also the Indy Night Market.
The staff are very warm. A few of them can converse in Mandrin as well.
Will definitely come again next time around.

Checking in was horrible! We have been a loyal customer ever since they opened, reason being , we are very familiar with the area & don’t like the hassle of going to a new hotel . But this will be our last .The female front desk manager & her female front desk stuff was rude when we checked in. They insisted we booked for only 2 guest instead of 3 . And instead on finding out the truth, insisted that we are wrong & as if we were not telling the truth. Then When I showed them my email confirmation of 3 guest , still insisted that there’s some mistake . Than we had to retrieve our receipt from the booking app & finally they acknowledged that we paid for 3 and brush off the matter without even apologizing . Wasted a good 20mins , just because of they can’t be bothered to check further on their end . Horrible experience, made us feel so unwelcome. And the concierge wearing white uniforms on the 1st floor kept telling us , there’s a flat rate of 150 -300 tbh instead of meter pass taxi if we want to take from the hotel , which is rubbish .So we ended up either going out of the hotel just to get a meter taxi on the road or asked the staff in gray uniforms, as they will help us get meter taxi . And by meter , we only end up paying bw 50 -100 thb max to the places we want to go. Seriously, very bad staff experience ! Will spend our money elsewhere !

Had a great stay at Centara, the location is good, near to Pratunam Market and walking distance to main shopping street. Maasage shop is just at downstair of hotel, this is a plus after a tiring day, just take lift down will do for massage. Thanks to hotel staffs for the surprise birthday cake on my birthday!
