Checking in was horrible! We have been a loyal customer ever since they opened, reason being , we are very familiar with the area & don’t like the hassle of going to a new hotel . But this will be our last .The female front desk manager & her female front desk stuff was rude when we checked in. They insisted we booked for only 2 guest instead of 3 . And instead on finding out the truth, insisted that we are wrong & as if we were not telling the truth. Then When I showed them my email confirmation of 3 guest , still insisted that there’s some mistake . Than we had to retrieve our receipt from the booking app & finally they acknowledged that we paid for 3 and brush off the matter without even apologizing . Wasted a good 20mins , just because of they can’t be bothered to check further on their end . Horrible experience, made us feel so unwelcome. And the concierge wearing white uniforms on the 1st floor kept telling us , there’s a flat rate of 150 -300 tbh instead of meter pass taxi if we want to take from the hotel , which is rubbish .So we ended up either going out of the hotel just to get a meter taxi on the road or asked the staff in gray uniforms, as they will help us get meter taxi . And by meter , we only end up paying bw 50 -100 thb max to the places we want to go. Seriously, very bad staff experience ! Will spend our money elsewhere !
