Regular guest. Service prompt and friendly as usual. One example from this trip: after checking out, my Grab car to the airport was delayed for almost 20 mins due to traffic so I had been sitting in the lobby for quite some time. I think it was the concierge who approached me to check if I needed any assistance. After explaining, he said in future I can let them know if I have any issues with transport. Much appreciated service! Was also given my preferred room with a great view of the park, day or night.

Nice and comfy hotel, love the bathtub and toilet bowl😂 the location is number 1! Directly connected to Asoke BTS (fully sheltered). Very convenient location. The only thing that could be improved would be a proper work desk inside room and that would be perfect.

The hotel was so near to the BTS station since it was as so convenient for transportation. Also, we can go to terminal 21 shopping mall around 30 seconds when leave hotel

Had a good lovely stay at solaria. Good location. BTS station connected to the hotel. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. shower water pressure was perfect. Automated toilet 🚽 works fine. Mineral water was replenish everyday. The staffs was amazing, friendly. Thanks 🙏👍

Great convenient location. Right next to Terminal 21 where you can get to via a bridge connected to the mall and BTS station. The subway station is also just around the corner. Staff were very helpful and they remembered my name just for a short of 4 days of staying.
No buffet breakfast is the drawback but,again, location is the biggest selling point of the hotel.

It is a great location right beside Asok station and is directly connected to Terminal 21. Clean and nice rooms with great views, and a super friendly staff!

Hotel is conveniently connected to Asoke train station with T21 shopping mall well within walking distance. Staff is polite and helpful. Decent size room with gym and pool offering good view of hotel surrounding.

A wonderful Japanese hotel right by Terminal 21 and Asok BTS station. Clean, comfortable room but on the smaller end. And very nice rooftop pool with amazing views!
Location: this hotel has a bridge that connects to Asok BTS and Terminal 21, extremely convenient for shopping and getting around.
Rooms: very clean room, comfy bed and excellent bathroom, as expected from a Japanese brand. Quiet and had a great view.
Amenities: rooftop bar and pool are really nice, amazing views from all sides. Also a fitness center at the rooftop with great view too!
Overall Opinion: an elegant hotel with great rooms and service in the heart of Sukhumvit. Highly recommended for first time travelers to Bangkok as it's very convenient.
