酒店房間內特別臟，衞生間門是壞的，陽台玻璃有裂縫不敢靠近，房型大多數都是臨街房，晚上樓下酒吧和路過的摩託炸街經常吵到四五點睡不着，最離譜的是住店期間酒店電線外變壓器還爆炸了，全酒店停電酒店方什麼都不管，實在差勁。

整体來说中規中矩，我訂的是套房，不能說很好也不能算差，我被安排的房太黑，以这个價我打75分吧，打開窗看到隔壁樓的人，所以不能打開窗布，浴間大可以，中国的客人多，前台的員工英文水平好，不好之處就是離BTS太遠，摩托出Asok站要30~40泰珠，酒店有車，但時間是規定，晚上回去要坐摩托，附近有很多咖啡店，有7-11，泳池風景可以，人不多，而且关22点

location is soso, hotel shuttle bus will only stop near Asoke BTS, will not stop at Phromphong. The hotel a bit old and not alike opened after Covid. And they provide quite dirty and torn towel to guest which is very poor service, and the hotel only provide handkerchiefs size towel to guest and this is the first time I’ve experienced.

Hotel cleanliness is great, with a good room size.
Services from the staff are great too, very helpful and polite :)
Other than it being located slightly in the alley, everything else definitely exceeded my expectation!

Great Hotel. Firstly the staff were amazing. Every interaction with the staff was positive. They constantly went above and beyond. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful shower and bathroom amenities. Rooftop pool is great for an evening swim with a good view. The gym has everything that you would need for a good workout. A workspace was available and was very comfortable if you needed it. 10 min walk to Emsphere. The hotel offers a shuttle to terminal 21 which is very convenient. 7/11 only a 2 minute walk and there are also coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This place was one of the better more modern hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok, the location is close to Nana and Soi Cowboy, South 11 it is also within walking distance of Emsphere Mall which is really convenient. I will definitely book this hotel again as not only are the rooms nice but the location and the price was.

The hotel is nice and clean, while the staff are polite and willing to help. Breakfast are great. Location is a little far from any train station (nearest: Asok and Sukhumvit).
Notice that you have to give 1000 dollars as the deposit, so you'd better change more money before coming to Thailand!

The room is amazing and the staffs are so friendly. I like their bed so much, give me a very good sleep. There are 7-11 and great coffee shop nearby, few steps of walking distance which add the point to this hotel. The free shuttle travel between hotel and Asok BTS also very convenient for me.
