The hotel is located in the middle of an side street which takes around 6 to 7 minutes to get to the main street and is quite something in the heat. The sealant to bathtub has mold and the water temperature of the shower is not constant (sometimes hot and sometime cold). The breakfast is above average but the menu seldom change.
Nonetheless, services of the staff are excellent.

Great location on a quiet Sukhumvit 18 street. Nice pool. Great massage offer from Better Day Spa. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar.
Negative experience:
All night, I could hear the noise from flushing toilets from other floors/ neighbors’ room. It’s very disturbing and disrupting my sleep.

Hello.
Hotel has a good location and environment is at the level.
Breakfast is very nice with a lot of selections.
However stuff was not very helpful on order to provide room on time, or at least to propose 1 room for guest to rest.
After long flight, we were not able to check in before 15.00, when check in time is 14.00.
Hope it won't happens so often, as it was not pleasant to wait at lobby.

First time staying at this hotel.
I’m happy with my stay in term of cleanliness and amenities.A lots of massage shops around the vicinity and 7-Eleven just a few steps away.
The only thing you must prepare to walk a bit to MRT & BTS station.
