Overall is excellent, all the staff is friendly & helpful, the environment & atmosphere is nice, clean & new facilities, buffet breakfast is good. However quite disappointed in shuttle service, they only provide one way to MRT, it’s need to improve this service.

I have been travelling late and arriving late at night and the staff was efficient, smilling and so attentive. Amazing 5 star hotel which I think is underestimate in Bangkok so well located, and a little gem resort on the middle of town...

Hidden gem in BKK. Not so many rooms since they are low rise buildings. I am a regular guest here because I like the ambient of the hotel, where you can expect in other tourist provinces not in BKK. Therefore, this hotel feels like home everytime I come to stay. Great services of all staffs.
Now the problems are the location which you will need to get in the Soi, so not so convenient in terms of location. Other problems are the avalability of rooms. It is hard to book if you do not book in advance for a long period ahead. The other problem is the increasing of price. At some point, you can stay in The Penninsular or The Athenee at the same price.

U Sathorn used to be my go-to resort and sure it will be within my plan to stay after the Covid!
Everything is still nice, staffs are nice and friendly and the pool is superB consider it’s at the heart of Bangkok.
However this time I got two issue upset me a lot.
The first one is the lock of the window doors to the balcony is not working. Just after we enter the room and want to settle down, my 3 years boy open the door can climbing up the fence. Luckily i am fast enough the get him back. I called the front desk and they send ppl to fix it soon. But it is quite dangerous!
The second issue is my room running out of electricity at mid night and luckily the power coming back within a minute. But it happen about 3-4 time during mid night and my wife cannot get a proper sleep.
It is probably one of the worst experience I stay in U Sathorn and should be the last one.
