Was allowed check-in although we arrived way before check-in time. Room is spacious and clean. Overall great stay!

Good location, walking distance to major shopping malls like central wall, big c. Also, there are two BTS station nearby.

There's 2 queen beds and so it's great for families of 4. The room is of decent size and hotel is clean. There's also built in international plug. The only thing I dislike about is the location. It's far from BTS and malls. It's about 15min walk to the nearest BTS. There's free hotel tuktuk services to and fro Chitlom BTS but it only operates till 10pm. And you have to make a local call to the hotel to ask the tuktuk to pick you up from Chitlom BTS, which is a waste of roaming call money. Also, the route which tuktuk takes is often closed, which means you have to walk further. Not suitable for elderly and infants.

Overall, Courtyard lived up to its Marriott group. The only downside is that the hotel is not very near to the BTS. The breakfast selection is good, and they will change the menu.

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated. Big choice of breakfast. Rooms are large. Good pool and gym close to central world and two bts station to get around the city.
