Location is convenient at thonglor, 5 minutes walk from bts. All the staff are well trained and attentive. Room is not very spacious and too close to nearby buildings, bed is comfortable. Gym on 32th floor is relatively small, can only accomodate around 5 persons but have a good view of the city. Swimming pool outside is relaxing and size is okay.
Breakfast has cook to order eggs, noodles and drinks. Food quality is generally of high standard but cakes and pastries are a bit disappointing.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. But the size is a bit smaller than I expected.

The check-in process was way too long which took us more than 30 mins in the afternoon.
The hotel is right next to BTS and main road so it is noisy at night.
Overall i think you could find better choices at this price level in Bangkok.
The breakfast is okay.

Worse hotel I have ever meet … rejected my refund request even showing that we had to cancel our trip because of health problems, included prove of that , didn’t care … I had to give away for free my booking .
