I stayed here for one night as part of a larger Lao road trip. Having been constructed in 1937 during the French Colonial period, the building (house number 323), is a UNESCO-protected heritage site. Beautiful local hardwood is used throughout the structure and adds a level of charm that many other accommodations lack. The room was clean, large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The hot water, refrigerator, air-conditioning, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding, linen, pillows, towels, etc. were in good condition. I paid $27 USD per night on hotels.com, apparently, the walk-in rate for this same period is $26 USD per night. This is a fair price for this style of budget accommodation. I would stay here again for sure.

The park is beautiful! Very close to the night market! It’s very convenient to go out! The store provides free bicycles! Can ride! Every room upstairs has a small terrace! You can have a tea break in the yard! very good!

This hotel and Laos in general were a complete and utter positive surprise and experience. Booked last minute due to prior flight cancellations in Bangkok, this was a real treat. From the moment we stepped in (prior to checkin time I’ll add) we were warmly greeted by the team with a lovely welcome beverage and a room upgrade with early checkin. Next the staff helped us arrange our entire 24h in Luang Prabang to ensure we maximised the trip, organising every detail from the driver to towels for the waterfalls. The room was gorgeous, upstairs overlooking the pond with nice touches including free local beer. The bathroom was gorgeous with nice scented oil. Breakfast was good. Everything about this trip and hotel surpassed our expectations, especially for the price point. Highly highly recommend.

The environment is clean and the hotel facilities are very complete, including a laundry room, a gym, and a swimming pool. I have to say that the service of this hotel is really good. From the moment you check in, a waiter will bring you water. For tourists who want to go there to play, I think this hotel is a good choice. I personally think it is better than the Internet celebrity hotel. Many of the waiters in this hotel can speak Chinese, so there is no problem in communication. Free airport pick-up and drop-off: There is a free airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is still very nice. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service, that is, you can call the hotel car to take you wherever you want to go out, and send a message to them directly after playing, and a car will come to pick you up. You can save a lot of money. The hotel is right by the Mekong River, and you can watch the sunset at the hotel, which is very comfortable and cozy.

We spent 3 nights in this small hotel. The rooms are correct, clean but very spacious. The staff is very nice and despite the language barrier, try to satisfy us as best as possible. We have to order the evening if we want eggs. Otherwise we are a group of 12 people, the only on the hotel, and a certain lack of organisation despite the good will of the hotel. During the National Day holiday, I chose this hotel on the Mekong River as my first stop on the China-Laos Railway. The room rate of 500+ RMB during the long holiday was quite a deal. Let’s talk about the pros and cons. Facilities: The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Especially the large balcony of the room faces the Mekong River. It feels great. However, the bathroom facilities are old, there is a problem with hot and cold water in the bathroom, and the shower is hot and cold. Hygiene: clean Environment: The internal environment is excellent and has a relatively cultural accumulation. The corridors, large lawns and swimming pools are all suitable for taking pictures. However, the hotel is located in a rural area and the surrounding area is underdeveloped. The breakfast area is adjacent to the Mekong River. There are not too many types of food, but it is still exquisite. Service: All staff are polite and smile. It should be noted that you should check the room facilities before checking in. There may be something missing. We negotiated with the front desk for a long time because of a bath towel we had never seen before. Although it was solved perfectly and the attitude of the staff was very good, it took a while. Shuttle bus service: The hotel is located in a remote location, so you can only rely on shuttle buses to get into the city, but the number of buses is a little less. In addition, transportation suggestions from the train station to the hotel should be implemented in advance. The minivan from the train station cannot reach the hotel, so we spent 400,000 to charter a car alone.

My wife and I stayed at Villa Oasis in March, during Pi Mai (Lao New Year). We stayed twice, for a total of almost two weeks. We loved it. The villa complex is built alongside a swampy little lagoon (with no mosquitos, surprisingly), just a 10 minute walk from Phousi Hill, Sisavangvong Street, and the Luang Prabang Night Market. We chose it because Villa Oasis (and nearby Villa Mahasok) are two of the only mid-range hotels near the Old Quarter that have pools. As it happened, Luang Prabang experienced a heat wave in March 2023, so we were exceptionally glad we had the pool to cool off in. The villa is very close to a supermarket, there are many cheap restaurants close by, and you are only a 10 minute walk from the tourist night market, with lots of eating and drinking options. Two Little Birds cafe is only 5 minutes walk and has fantastic smoothie bowls. The rooms were comfortable, with traditional wood decor and small balconies. Breakfast in the open air restaurant was predictable but good. The villa offers free bicycles, which is handy if you want to get to the main restaurant and bar area of the Old Quarter, on the mid section of Sisavangvong Street, or to the restaurants along the Mekhong riverbank. Easily the best thing about Villa Oasis was its staff, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They were absolutely lovely and would do everything possible to make your stay more comfortable. They were quick to arrange airport transfers, taxis, train tickets, river boat tickets, or anything else needed. Nicest was the complimentary refreshing fresh fruit juice that would magically appear in your room or delivered to you poolside when you arrived back from exploring Luang Prabang.

I am a solo traveler in my 50s. Most hotels in Laos are small-scale. The staff are very friendly. Kuang Si Falls join van reservation 100,000,000 kip I booked a new motorcycle rental for 250,000 kip per day at the hotel. This hotel has a semi-basement, so if you book a cheap room, there is a high chance of being booked in the semi-basement. Even just idling at the table in front of the hotel seems emotional. Breakfast is plain bread and coffee. The location is good, with many shops nearby and close to the Mekong River (1 minute walk). Hmong Ahi Market is also close by (5 minutes walk). There is also a Miniso nearby, but it doesn't have many items. I bought sunscreen and a band next to the Miniso pharmacy. Currency cannot be exchanged at the hotel. The room is not that clean by Korean standards. Some complaints are covered up by the kindness of the staff.^^ It seems like a lot of European travelers stay here. Overall, I am satisfied with the price.

The hotel staff took the initiative to contact us one day in advance and arranged a pick-up service for us. It was so warm and awesome👍. The hotel looked very luxurious as soon as we entered. It was probably a local five-star hotel (I heard that Laos was very backward before I came here) and it was much better than I expected✌. I heard that the hotel owner is a thumbs up for our Chinese compatriots who are working hard overseas! Support!
