모기가 너무 많아 잠을 설쳤고 새소리가 너무 크고 가깝게들려 가끔은 무서웠습니다. 그리고 에어컨이 시원하지 않아서 조금 더웠습니다.
개인 수영장은 상당히 넓고 깊어 좋았으나 꽃과 풀잎등 관리가 되지않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다~
프라이빗한 느낌을 아주 잘 살린 풀빌라!!
직원들의 서비스 룸 분위기는 너무좋았습니다!!!!

Atenção ao cliente acima de tudo, simpatia, pequeno almoço fabuloso na vila com pedido através de App do hotel, piscina muito boa, espaços ajardinados da vila e nas áreas comuns muito bem cuidados e lindíssimos, SPA, praia a poucos minutos,restaurantes com boa comida tradicional e animação cultural em alguns dos dias, sempre uma pequena lembrança diária, no geral não podíamos ter escolhido melhor!

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa. So luxurious and peaceful. The position is great, a 2 min walk to the new icon bali and the beach. Also close to many restaurants and the markets. The staff here are so friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Beds are a little firm for my liking, but that is the only criticism I have of this beautiful hotel.

I couldn’t recommend this beautiful resort more highly. We have celebrated our first week of our honeymoon here and have been overwhelmed with care, attentiveness and kindness. Especially as I’m gluten and dairy intolerant! They’ve gone above and beyond for me and my husband. I’ve felt so safe to eat and they’ve taken such care of me. This is so rare for me to feel like this and I am so grateful to the whole team of staff. We have been welcomed so beautifully and nothing is too much. The food is sensational, the villas are beautiful, quiet and private - the small details add up to make everything spectacular, thoughtful and comfortable. Thank you for the best start to our honeymoon possible and we we hope to be back one day ♥️️

What a fantastic place, we arrived late to be met by the night security team who were kind enough to take us to our villa & wow it was paradise. We had a 1 bedroom pool villa, complete privacy, immaculately clean, everything you needed for your holiday. The staff are amazing from the girls on reception right through to the pool guy. Our butler Yoga was so friendly, attentive & was there to help whenever needed, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. A special mention to the reception girls who helped arrange a doctor to visit me, and the taxis to the hospital it was appreciated as was the call to check how I was feeling. Pavilions Bali really is a little piece of paradise, quiet & peaceful but just outside the front gate is plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops, you really have everything on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful visit

We have stayed at The Pavilions many times over years and have just returned after two weeks of luxury. The villas are beautiful and the resort is gorgeous. Simona and the staff provide service that exceeds a five star rating, we have already booked for next year.
