Dear Mr. Manager,
I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality extended to us during our recent stay at Stark Hotel. Every member of your team, from the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, was extraordinarily professional and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-cared for. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I would rate it a perfect 5/5 without hesitation. I would also like to personally acknowledge individuals such as Serina, the kind gentleman at the café, and the housekeeping team. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special and memorable.
That said, I’d like to bring to your attention a minor concern. While I understand that the local humidity can occasionally lead to pests, we did notice the presence of a few roaches during our stay. I consider this a very small issue, but one worth mentioning.
As my family owns several hotel chains in Malaysia, I truly understand the importance of maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, particularly when it comes to pest control.This is not as a criticism, but as a suggestion for improvement, as I genuinely care about the continued success and growth of the hospitality industry.
Stark Hotel is a stunning property with a unique and elegant design, and it holds immense potential. With continued attention to cleanliness and detail, I am confident that the hotel will solidify its place as a premier destination in Kuta, Bali, and continue to exceed the expectations of discerning guests.
