Ramp Cottage

We were very angry and unhappy our first night here, we arrived at 10 pm , they tell us as we arrive they have no rooms left for us to stay and made us stay in the villa next to this one, we had no option but to go. The room they put us in, there was a power cut, no one around to help us so NO AC, NO light either and no way to charge our phones. There was a big hole in the room and the whole room smelt really damp and had a terrible old smell the beddings weren’t clean /damp and had stains everywhere. We had no choice but to sleep here because the room we paid for was not available and was going through “repairing”. Couldn’t sleep at all had the worst night. After the trip I called Trip.com and they tried to talk with the hotel owners to see if I can get a refund because they put me in a horrible room with no basic needs provided which was not the room we paid for and the owners refused twice believing they did nothing wrong. The audacity of not refunding us after they know we had a horrible experience is very disappointing. Won’t come here again.

Красивый бунгало, радушные хозяева, чисто, нет зубной щетки и чашек. Утром не смогла принять душ, воды была недостаточно горячей. Утром мне принесли завтрак панкейки с бананом и шоколадом. Тихо и спокойно. Рядом есть местный маленький магаз, и закусочная с вкусной едой. Отель хороший 👍
