Nice location my son love it. we feel relax and the location is acceptable nearby there's laundry service, food restaurant, supermarket.

Building is old No maintenance,dirty Need to rebuild this building

I had stayed in the villa for about two weeks with my mum and my room was growing mould on the walls and the bathroom smelt like mould.. the cleaners changed my sheets 1 times! And when they did they put dirty stained ones on. The only thing the cleaners did was place fresh towels on the bed and makeup the bed.. my mum messaged the owner and she contacted the staff the next day she organised a deep cleaning.. which was today. My bathroom still smells and there’s still mould. In my mums room there’s mould growing on her curtains and her bathroom also smells. As well as the kitchen having mould behind the sink there were ants everywhere when we first arrived. Back to my bedroom.. the mattress was rock hard! The door on my mums bedroom and mine was so hard to open I had to get her to help me whenever I had shut the door. The kitchen door could only lock from the outside so when you went inside the door did not shut. I went to the front office for some clean towels and they then said “ this is different management sorry we can’t do that” later that day we came back and the cleaners had been. We left the keys in the box at the front and I went to grab them to open the door and they weren’t there. So I went back to the front desk.. explained everything and they said the same thing. Which then I was confused. Not great service or cleaning. The location is nice. And the villa its self is nice just the customer service.. services.. and cleanliness was horrible.

Me and my mother came to Bali and stayed here for 2 weeks.. the staff were every average.. we were told to leave our spare keys in the box out the front for the cleaners.. we then came back to our villa to the keys not there and went to the front office and the staff said it was “ not there management” later on we came back again for some clean towels and they said the same thing. Staff were very average and very clueless. The cleaners weren’t very helpful.. they made the beds and left some towels! The kitchen was gross and so were the showers.. the showers plumbing needs to be checked I went to have a warm shower and had the temperature on not even a 1/4 of the way hot and over 1/2 cold and it was boiling hot it burnt me! I couldn’t even touch the tap.

We arrived late at night to be greeted by the lovely receptionist. Unfortunately, it was late and we were tired and didn't realise the villa was very run down and needed updating. The next day we saw that the fridge had not been cleaned after the last guests had left, and the bathrooms showed a lot of wear and tear from years of not being cleaned properly. The appearance of the outside of the property has a lovely ambiance and is very inviting. The breakfast was not of a very high standard and the last couple of days we went to local cafes which were of a high standard. There is a kitchenette in the Villa but little to no cooking utensils, no water dispenser with fresh water, Ice dispenser in the freezer was broken. There is no cable TV and both TV's are outdated so we were unable to stream from our computer or phones. Air conditioning was great on the hot days but the bedroom one was very noisy during the night. The pool was clean BUT the step into the pool was about 500cm and quite dangerous when entering and exiting the pool, found there were no sunny areas to sunbake, and every area of the pool area was covered except the pool itself. The decking was old and needed replacing and the front door needs a bell, so guests know there are staff outside to deliver breakfast. All in all the staff were great, very respectful and very helpful. They were accommodating but the villas are tired and need updating.

We have just had a 16 day stay at these villas and for the price we locked in 5 months ago was very a very fair price for our villa. We were very happy with our villa and the location. The couple of little maintenance issues that arose were promptly dealt with. The service was very good and the free breakfasts were also very good. I recommend The Orchard restaurant 2 minute walk away. The Spa next door is cheap but would rather spend a couple of dollars more and get much better treatments. There is a little shop out the front. Although the Bintang Supermarket is literally a 5 minute walk away. There is a brand new Kentucky Fried Chicken on the corner...6 minute walk. There is also a little Italian restaurant which does amazing Pizzas just a two minute walk . We would stay here again.

We stayed at this property. Property is really nice but caretakers, staff of property are clueless. We stayed in 4-5 places in Bali but this is the place that served the worst inedible breakfast to us. They couldn’t even manage White Bread and served us sour dough bread which we don’t eat in India. They are not breakfast friendly at all for Indian guests at least. Rest property is really nice and beautiful.

Villas are in real need of renovation. Old tired and things are falling apart, broken, not working or mouldy. (See photos). They are nothing like the stock photos Service- staff are very sweet and polite. No issues at all Location- not bad, near to many places in Seminyak I wld not stay again simply due to the dismal state of the villa.

We stayed at the Jineng Villas for 7 days. This was a 2 bedroom villa although we used only 1 room. A large dining/kitchen/lounge with tv and good aircon was part of the complex. Our bedroom had a comfortable king bed with large Tele ang good aircon. Ample hanging and cupboard space with a large bathroom and quality floor tiling everywhere. The location here is central to both Legion and Seminyak with the Bintang Market only a 5 minute walk. Only drawback is poor internet during the day but good early morning and at night. The Villas need some maintenance and a little more effort to brighten the place up. In general more than happy to stay here again and as usual all staff are friendly and attentive to their duties. Well done all.
