The yard is perfect for families to comfortably spend time inside and outside together as well as have a safe place for pets. The home has just been completely remodeled inside and has an updated look and decor. The home includes 2 assigned parking spots, 2 soft surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach. The bedrooms are well appointed, with a King bed in each room, large closets, TVs, and matching bedroom dressers. The large Oceanfront grass front yard makes for one of the most unique beach homes available in this area, as well as the ocean view and wonderful sunsets. We are just across the street from Beacon's Beach Access. As such we are within ear shot of the Amtrak train. It doesn't bother most guests but we installed 4-pane windows for our very light sleepers. Most of our guests say that a fan is enough not to hear the train.RENTAL RULES1.
