"Recentemente tive o prazer de ficar no Hotel Monarch, e tenho de dizer que ultrapassou as minhas expectativas de todos modos! A sala estava limpa, confortável e bem decorada, e EU me senti EM casa desde o momento EM que entrei. O pequeno-almoço gratuito é UMA surpresa maravilhosa, a seleção é impressionante e o alimento é delicioso. Mas o que realmente me fez ficar era o serviço excepcional do pessoal, que era amigável, acomodável e que se deslocou acima e para além para garantir que a minha estadia era agradável. "They are only open until 10pm not like what there page says ”always open” or until 12mn, you wont be able to enter if you arrive late.. The place is quite far from the plaza, but the room is clean. Staff is also approachable. I might still consider the place though on my next visit.."

"Maybe the best hotel in Bolinao area. Excellent landscaping, swimming pools, garden, kids area. The only drawback and really a little one is the staff service. I give this mark because they are really not helpful for giving touristic information for landmarks around, and especially for the Giant Clams - for me the real treasure around in this area. Other than that, it is really a place to go and stay - there is no hotel around that can compare."

"We stayed in the Presidential Suite at Star Plaza Hotel. The room service staff was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked fine for our needs. The breakfast was good except the ham. Other hotel restaurant food options were good. However, we were disappointed to find that the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, which was unexpected for a suite of this level. The laundry service was also unavailable, and when we first entered the room, there was a strong vinegar smell that took some time to fade. Overall, while there were some positives, the issues made the experience feel below expectations for a Presidential Suite. We hope improvements can be made."

"One of the best accommodation we have ever experienced! when we arrived we have been greeted with a smile by Ms. May and her staff in their cozy cafe and the paper for checking has been prepared. We were informed with every detail for the activity that are available at the location. Every time we have a request we are always being catered with a genuine bright smile. Note that there place is astoundingly beautiful, neat and clean. What you see on their photos are what exactly it is in person. Free breakfast are also so delish, there daing na Bangus is a must try! what makes an accommodation enjoyable is not just the place itself, but also the staff and the people that works in it, Big thanks to Ms. May for the service she and her team have provided, we remember every kindness and smile you have shared with us, you made our staycation memorable and would definitely comeback! hoping your place got the recognition it deserves soon!"

"Manaoag Hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room size is comfortable, and the breakfast served is decent. Its location is a big plus—just a 5-minute walk to the Manaoag Church, which is very convenient for pilgrims and visitors. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay."

"We had a great time, staff accommodated us by changing our room from D to C after a few hours. Bathroom in D had an odor coming from it even though nobody had used it. Cons- Internet was slow and weak for a resort. Water heater and pressure not good. Could only get sprinkles of water and warm or hot water nonexistent even after adjusting the water heater on different occasions. Pro- nice location on the beachfront"

"Nice little hotel. I got the room with a bathtub. It was small, but I am happy to have been able to talk baths. All of the rooms here are different and have different amenities. My room and bed were great, but a friend I traveled with had a bed that pretty much only had a small foam mattress. The food was really good. Great pancakes and bacon! Sadly there is no swimming beach access, but there was a swimming pool."
