A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.

I took their spa package with scrap and ended up both legs and back became itchy and red dots. Please make sure you have insensitive skin before you try it out.

Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. It’s incredibly convenient if you are visiting the theme park. Plus, there are plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. • The Service: The IWH team was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, the instructions were clear, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied.

A perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city. The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh.

The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again. Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe. There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.
