"O hotel em geral não era ruim~~ O café da manhã estava bem e o quarto estava bem! Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Não podíamos ir à piscina porque estávamos cansados, mas o ambiente na piscina era agradável e a música continuava tocando, então foi emocionante. A infraestrutura ao redor é um pouco ruim, mas estávamos conseguimos ir facilmente para outros lugares, então ficamos satisfeitos. É barato, então recomendamos pelo preço. Eu faço isso ~"

"Foi simplesmente perfeito. O hotel é novo, limpo e confortável. O quarto é realmente grande e tem tudo o que você precisa. Foi uma grata surpresa encontrar um frigobar gratuito! Reservei este hotel principalmente pela piscina coberta, que era realmente boa e aquecida (não era grande, mas estava ótima). Infelizmente, não uso sauna – que também parecia boa. Eu deveria ter pago pelo café da manhã no hotel – com certeza farei isso na próxima vez."

"Excellent! The best hotel I stayed in during this trip through 7-8 countries! The space was large, and the bedroom wasn't very noisy at night with the door closed (although the main door wasn't very soundproof, the interior doors were). The large refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and air conditioning (though a standard one, it had both heating and cooling functions) were all great. The stove was very hot, much more powerful than those in hotels with kitchens! There was also a free rooftop bath one day (although we weren't interested in that). Nothing was broken, the bathroom didn't leak, and there were charging ports near the beds that could hold iPads. Some rooms had universal sockets. Unlike many self-service hotels, this hotel didn't require you to leave your trash outside your room for collection… Although you had to replenish some necessities yourself, it was still better value than other hotels I've stayed in. The washing machine was in a small corner room opposite the balcony, without a dryer, but they provided an outdoor clothes rack. If you want to buy groceries and cook, there's a small supermarket a few steps away, and a larger supermarket, an Asian supermarket, and a fruit and vegetable shop within 300 meters. The owner was very welcoming, coming to the room to arrange a time to meet you and explaining everything, even giving us free chocolate and wine! The biggest drawback might be that you have to take a taxi to get to famous tourist attractions? Note: Check-out time at the hotel is 10 AM, unlike most others!"

"The Topaz hotel is ok for the price they charge, it definitely isn’t 5 stars but it does the job, could definitely do with an upgrade in most areas, but it was clean, and in a good location, also the staff were friendly, I stayed in a family room on the second floor, it was very nice. My friends had different rooms and those weren’t so great, I would stay at this hotel again."

"Very spacious and clean. Staff is not always on site (a lot of automated replies via chat) but otherwise they were very helpful. Location is close to transport (10min walk) but not much else cose to the flat. Works well as a hub to travel around Malta. A few notes: Be sure to request on demand heating in advance, if required. I visited late March and it was a bit cold at night. The hot water on the shower runs out quickly for some reason, but I was alone and didn’t suffer much from that. No amenities included, but a few small grocery shops at walking distance."

"Qarwa Palace Resort and Spa: Esta marca de hotel de luxo é famosa por seu serviço impecável e atenção aos detalhes. Os hóspedes costumam comentar sobre a equipe simpática e prestativa que faz de tudo para garantir uma estadia memorável. O quarto que nos deram não era bom o suficiente, parece um quarto reserva quando o hotel está quase lotado. Não há toalhas no quarto. A equipe é tão simpática, houve um erro no pagamento do meu quarto pela agência, que deveria ser corrigido na data de chegada, não no horário de check-out. Edward parece ser o gerente da recepção e tem atitudes ruins, ele menospreza as pessoas e nem sorri. Trabalho em hospitalidade há mais de 10 anos e nunca vi tais comportamentos e atitudes de gerentes de recepção. O hotel é super bom e vale o preço, especialmente se você reservou o quarto com tudo incluído. Eu recomendo fortemente."

"Great hotel,   Affordable,  comfy beds,  balconies,  pool in the summer months,  baths in the room with unlimited hot water,   Can not really find any fault in the hotel for the price I paid (21€ per night in December)  Would recommend 100%"

"Everything was ok.The staff was helpful . No drinking water bottles in the rooms. AC didn't work as they switch it off at the end of September every year. Location is convenient"
