"The service details of this hotel are so intimate! The taxi fare at Longyan Station can be reimbursed, and the process is smooth and not delayed. This must be praised. "I visited Yongding Tulou during the Spring Festival holiday and stayed in Longyan as a stopover. I chose this hotel, which was quite new overall, and the elevator was super fast! My room was on the 16th floor, with a fantastic view from the window… The facilities were all pretty good. The young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, always responsive and polite! The twin room had a large bed, and the mattress and pillows were quite soft, making it very comfortable. The only slight drawback was the soundproofing; even minor noises from the next room were clearly audible… I hope the hotel will address this issue!"

Special thanks to staff Qiao Lin; she was really hospitable, polite and very helpful in getting me transport as DiDi is not readily available in this area. I was even given a choice to switch rooms to the inner courtyard which is quieter. Hotel breakfast was simple but sufficient. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting this Tulou cluster."

"Magnificent hotel, the self service laundry room is well organized and clean, it made our stay a lot easier. It’s on the same building with a mall it connects to it via the garage making shopping and dining very convenient. Spending a night at Changdi Inn, nestled in the heart of the historic Hongkeng Tulou Cluster, was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my Xiamen trip. The inn is located within a centuries old Hakka earthen building, and the moment you step inside, you will be instantly transported back in time. The stay offers an immersive look into traditional Hakka culture and architecture, surrounded by thick earthen walls, wooden beams, and antique details that speak volumes of the past. What mak it extra special was meeting the friendly innkeeper, a 6th generation descendant of the family that built and preserved this Tulou. He shared stories and local insights making the whole experience even more meaningful. The room was simple yet clean and comfortable, blending rustic charm with basic modern comforts. I got to enjoy authentic Hakka meals, lovingly prepared and bursting with homestyle flavor, perfect after a day of exploring. Waking up in the peaceful village setting, watching the locals go about their daily lives, and hearing the birds chirping outside, it's a rare, soulful escape from the city.

Excellent hôtel! Even prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, the team has been very helpful with sightseeing information, ticket booking, driver’s reference etc. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this typical tulou, and the comfort of a very nice hotel. We had a very nice, clean, bright and large loft bedroom with a shower and 2 double beds. Electric pads were available, should the weather required it. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the village’s tulou.

Room - my room faces the magnificent Guan Zhai Shan. Every morning wakes up to a scenic view of lush greenery and mountain Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

A great escape from city life. Very relaxing environment with green and country side feel. Lunch and dinner is very delicious. A stroll to the tulou is not far away and you can enjoy the scenery throughout. Since this area is in a tulou scenic area, you will need to apply for a pass RMB 90 to get through security. Advisable to call the minsu and ask them for application procedure especially for foreigners. Age above 65 is free to enter . The only cons is that the mattress is too thin. Overall it is a very wonderful stay . Love this place..

超乎預期的一次入住！先表揚前台小姐姐的熱情服務，在就是房間的採光太好了，一進門就被滿屋的陽光驚艷到了，窗外的景色綠意盎然，室內佈置得温馨雅緻，而且打掃得非常乾淨。酒店旁邊是幾十年的老店，午飯順便解決了，味道也是極好！距離古城3-5分鐘就到了，吃住玩都方便，而且床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香。強烈推薦給在意居住環境的朋友！

We were amazed with the whole ecstatic and vibe of the whole tulou. Staying in one has always been a wish and having done that with a place with great environment and staffs, made it even better. The show in the evening was also entertaining. My only call out was, if you are there with kids, you might want to be ready to move around during the show as some spectators will smoke. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for me. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Beautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

Hotel is newly renovated in Y2023 so facilities are new, clean and good. It is also located near key 土楼 attractions though car is needed to move around as per all other hotels in this area. There is a nice and reasonably priced restaurant next door for meals and good local dishes. We enjoyed the comfort and hospitality of this family run restaurant. Hotel reception service is good and helpful with immediate action on issues. For guests staying for more than 1 night, daily housekeeping service on demand basis or else cleaners won't enter to clean or make up room etc.

A strategically located hotel which is within walking distance of distance to many interesting places. Food is easily accessible and yummy. Night scenery is great with multi coloured lighting. Nice to walk around and enjoyed watching people dancing in the open spaces. Local herbs are also available if u are interested in local Chinese herbs for brewing tea and herbal soups. During the day it is nice to walk around early in the nearby walking streets where u can find interesting architecture of the olden days. Well kept but can do with more explanation about the history and info about the local culture and customs. Great place for taking instagram photos.

Everything was good until taxi service provided by accommodation. Driver was rude, making decisions where to go and when to go on his own against agreement with the hotel owner, non-communicative, escalated the conflict in the end and dropped me off far from railway station. Was supposed to drive me around for 4 hours, instead only 2.5, that including all the time wasted on disputes. As a result I didn't see what I wanted to see and both of us got angry. I paid him less, but I don't think he deserves money at all because of his attitude and the fact that I didn't get the service I wanted.
