"I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season)."

"This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly."

"The environment is very good. It should be a newly opened hotel. The facilities are very new and clean. However! ! ! ! The soundproofing is super, super bad. Friends who can't stay up late are advised not to come. I checked in at 8 o'clock yesterday. The couple next door kept making very loud noises. I thought it was better to make less trouble than more trouble and wait until they went to bed at night. As a result, at 11 o'clock, the two of them started watching the football game. The sound of the TV was still very loud until 12 o'clock, as if it was playing in my ears. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the front desk and told me that it was just the sound of normal people talking and watching TV. At 12 o'clock in the evening, I was told that it was normal. I couldn't help but quarreled for a few words. The front desk agreed to change the room, but the things had to be moved together. I tossed it in the middle of the night. Although it was quiet, I was also energetic. I fell asleep at nearly 1:30. The environment and sanitation are nothing to say. The soundproofing is really too bad. I will definitely not stay a second time"

"Very nice, modern place, just a couple of minutes walk from everything (+ free shuttle to the lift if needed), also a good location to hang out a bit after skiing. The staff was very nice and supportive, pretty good breakfast incl. Chinese and a few Western options. Fully recommended."

"房間寬大。有洗衣機和冰箱。就在滑雪場景區內。環境很好。連住了三天一點灰塵都沒有。這裏的空氣質量真好！停車太方便了。就在小區內公寓房。裝修也比較新。還有投影電視。周邊吃飯也方便。放假了有很多人帶小朋友來玩。週六還搞了活動。"

"這次去吉林帶了半歲的小寶寶，所以定了一個家庭房，將兩張床拼在一起就得到了一張超級超級大床！ 小院環境特別好，很有設計感，花草樹木小水潭都充滿了閑趣，如果感興趣還可以挖野菜。房間設施也很齊全，浴缸給寶寶游泳了，老闆娘給拿了好多一次性浴缸套，特別貼心。 最難忘的是服務實在是太好了，我們到的比較晚，老闆娘怕我們找不到飯吃，給做了四菜一湯，菜量大，鍋包肉特別正宗，小魚燉的很香，湯是用當地的野菜做的，很有特色。怕我們帶着小寶寶不方便，每天早上都會給留好早餐，等我們醒了送到房間裏來，還幫我們煮了好多寶寶的輔食雞蛋，本來做好帶寶寶出來將就的準備了，沒想到被老闆和老闆娘照顧的像在家裡一樣，太感動了！ 對了也可以自己燒烤，老闆給拿了一個全新的爐子，串也都是串好的，味道超讚！ 民宿地理位置也不錯，離松花湖挺近的，下次來吉林還會住這裏，感謝老闆老闆娘，這麼好的民宿一定要生意興隆！！！"

"住進維也納國際酒店，安全感拉滿的安心之旅。這次入住吉林維也納國際酒店，最讓我驚喜的就是它把“一客一換、一客一消毒”落到了實處，直接戳中了我對住宿衞生的核心需求！推開房門就發現，床上用品透着乾淨的褶皺感，摸起來帶着陽光曬過的清爽，完全沒有異味，一看就是全新更換過的。更貼心的是，浴室裏的毛巾非常柔軟潔凈、漱口杯透明沒有一點污漬。洗手枱、水龍頭和馬桶表面也沒有水漬和灰塵，能清晰感受到消毒後的潔凈感，連遙控器這種容易被忽略的小物件，都像剛擦拭過一樣乾淨。這種肉眼可見的細緻，讓出門在外的我徹底放下了對衞生的顧慮，住得特別安心。維也納國際酒店用實實在在的行動，把“放心住”做到了細節裏，下面幾張圖是偶然在洗衣房發現的！下次出行還會選這裏！"

"The service was very good and the food was nice. Overall, the experience was really pleasant, and I would definitely come back again. We stayed here mainly to experience the morning rime. Although the weather forecast showed that rime might not be available that day, the hotel staff—especially Xiao Li—kindly advised us to go. In the end, we were happy to see the rime, even though it wasn’t very heavy. It was still a lovely experience. Transportation was also very convenient. The hotel helped arrange a car for us, and there were no extra charges, which made everything very easy and smooth. Overall, it was a very nice stay and highly recommended. 酒店服务非常好，餐饮也很不错，整体入住体验真的很棒，下次一定还会再来。 这次入住主要是为了看清晨的雾凇。虽然天气预报显示当天雾凇概率不高，但酒店的小李还是建议我们前往，结果真的幸运地看到了雾凇，虽然不算很多，但依然是一次非常美好的体验。 交通安排也非常贴心，酒店的免费看雾凇接送真的很贴心，全程没有任何额外收费，非常方便。 总体来说，这次入住非常愉快，强烈推荐。"

"Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!"
