"酒店勝在位置好，地暖比較暖和，前台服務態度挺好，能及時迴應客人的需求。需要改善的是客房服務，晚上準備入睡了發現被套裡層居然有污漬，阿姨來換就輕描淡寫説了句沒看到，第二天退房又説房間有個文具盒不見了，還讓打電話問在滑雪場的家人是不是拿了，大家都一臉懵，後面去朋友房間看了才知道是個白色塑料盒子，裏面有幾衹筆，我們房間從未出現過，也就説房間配備本身就沒齊，最後退房一直喊我們找，，後面還是前台妹妹出面解決説他們內部再對下才算了的，也是相當無語！阿姨確實需要好好培訓下！"

"Bring your family to the New People's Hospital to see a doctor, choose this one is really the right choice! The hotel is opposite the hospital, you can walk for a few minutes, you don't have to take a taxi back and forth early in the morning.
The hotel was newly renovated and it was not long before it was seen that the facilities were very new. The room was cleaned very clean, and there were no stains on the bathroom sink and toilet corners. Sound insulation is good, quiet at night, rest is not disturbed.
It is also convenient to eat and go shopping around, and the facilities are complete. The front desk attitude is very good, the room is equipped with free drinking water and toiletries. The overall price is very high, the first choice for escorting, next time I come to live here, five-star praise!"

元旦大雪去玩的，民宿很方便，離軌道滑車和湖邊都很近。房間暖氣片挺暖和的，有小露台和隔壁房間是共用的，可以堆雪人玩兒。第一天下午過去小朋友很餓老闆娘還炒了蛋炒飯給小朋友吃，早上有飯。另外隔壁就有一家吃飯的餐廳，元旦暴雪天能吃上一口熱乎湯鍋太棒了哈哈哈。

The room was very clean, the boss family was very good, pet friendly, and there was no problem with the dog not going to bed. The room was very warm, and there were electric blankets. O famoso coloque Na área de paisagem a Cinco minutos do lago. O estacionamento é conveniente. A Sala é Muito higiénico. O Ambiente é Muito bom. O Chefe está servindo. Todos nós vamos para o quarto. Parece que não há ninguém no Lago South Tian. Mas é realmente Feliz vir no próximo mês.

這兩天主城區有點熱出來玩，聽朋友説南天湖很涼快過來後這邊確實很涼快晚上還有蓋被子，上面空氣很好他們家酒店就在景區裏面而且離湖邊特別近走路三分鐘就到湖邊了，這兩天有時間出來玩，在網上看了好幾家酒店，最後選擇這家性價比蠻高的而且乾淨衞生，下次下來南天湖還會選擇這家值得推薦。

The hotel a modern and aesthetic design. The in-room heating system functioned very well, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay during the winter season. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. Our room package included two complimentary tickets to Nantian Lake Scenic Area, and the hotel kindly extended an additional two complimentary tickets for child.
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, despite communication being conducted through a translation app. They made sincere efforts to understand our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and inquiries.

2025年才開的新酒店，衞生比較乾淨，設施也比較新穎，就是白天還是稍微有一點熱，被子太厚了，要是能安個空調就更好了。隔音效果稍稍差了一點，不知道隔壁旁邊住的什麼人，放了一晚上的電視，從晚上11點到早上7:30放到最大聲，根本沒睡着覺，敲門也沒人開，第2天頭痛頭暈，真的很氣憤。

The hotel is located inside the scenic area, with convenient parking. Turning right after exiting the hotel leads directly to the lake. Hotel admission includes entrance fees, so you need to contact the hotel in advance to confirm which gate to enter the scenic area from. We encountered a minor problem that day, but fortunately, the staff at Gate 6 were familiar with the area and knew that turning back to the main gate would be a long detour. After confirming we were hotel guests, they let us through.
