"The hotel is well situated in the Yanoda Forest park. The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, hot water available in the shower and all toiletries included. The staff was very helpful, although as a person who cannot speak Chinese it was a bit challenging. The breakfast and diner at the restaurant was very good. I quite enjoyed the offered night trail tour. Overall it was a very good stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to include the WeChat contact details on the hotel booking confirmation. The staff does not speak English so couldn’t communicate when I called the given number. It was very stressful and challenging to get into the park to access the hotel without someone trying to sell me an entry ticket. Also finding the right place for the shuttle service to the hotel took us half an hour and a lot of stress. Only if the hotel provided their WeChat in the booking confirmation I would have avoided all of this and the stress. However, once at the hotel the staff was very kind and helpful."

"酒店環境超一流，陽台就能遠望五指山，在熱帶雨林的天然氧吧裏，在自家房間的陽台泡個温泉，真的是非常舒服。不足之處有兩點，一是房間設施需要維修或更換，花灑堵了三分之一，水流四散，浴室密封不嚴，洗澡水流到外面容易滑倒，床鋪老化，輕微翻個身都嘎嘎響，擔心床塌掉，不知道是隔音不好，還是什麼原因，酒店每個房間的關門聲都很大，哐哐的聲音此起彼伏。第二個不足是酒店的服務質量一般，除了前台感覺是經過了正規的服務培訓，其他的員工都沒有什麼服務意識，尤其是大堂吧裏一位年紀較大的女員工，問她有沒有冰的椰汁，她連頭都沒抬，就倆字“沒有”，感覺像欠了她似的，本想在大堂吧消費一下的，算了，回房間點外賣吧。"

До парка Цисяьнлин около 20 минут на такси. В номере чисто, сантехника работает. Очень удобная кровать. Из неё просто не хочется вылезать. На балконе есть дверь с сеткой, можно спать с открытым балконом не боясь нашествия насекомых. Завтрак скромноват, но голодным не останетесь есть что выбрать."

Завтраки просто идеальные (яйца, тосты, фрукты, йогурт, кукуруза, пельмешки) напитки лучше взять с собой, на вилле есть чайник и кухня!
Жаль, что нам пришлось уехать, мы хотели бы здесь пробыть все наше оставшееся время на Хайнане! Рекомендую совместить с поездкой в парк в Янода!"

Instalações: o edifício de Apartamentos residenciais não TEM quartos com piscina. Os edifícios de Apartamentos têm dois andares. A sensação de que o edifício deve ser um antigo edifício, MAS o interior é absolutamente renovado. O quarto é Grande e as instalações são relativamente novas e o estilo de decoração de madeira. Porque é um novo quarto, a sanita é também boa, o banheiro é Grande, e a janela do balcão está fechada.O carro Pode estacionar até a porta do apartamento é Muito conveniente.
Ambiente: Na Floresta tropical, há um pouco de sentimento de Ubu Na Ilha de Nebula.

Há dois Pontos que precisam ser melhorados. Um é estimar que a estrada do edifício do Apartamento de Outono não está iluminada à noite. O Corvo TEM um pouco de medo e a segurança é um problema.Em Segundo lugar, a água quente de lavar Precisa ser colocada por Mais de Cinco minutos.Outros estão satisfeitos!

SShengcheng酒店衞生還可以，不是特別新，但是也不算顯舊。温泉和泳池應該是它的特色，但是我到得比較晚，所以並沒有體驗。
酒店並沒有洗衣房，而保亭地區玩水項目的景區又很多，因此顯得很不方便。選擇他是因為他是保亭縣離呀諾達最近的像樣酒店（除了呀諾達內部的酒店）。
另需要提一嘴的事情是，酒店處在比較孤立的郊外，因此停車場的蚊子較多且很毒。同時酒店還要收取300元，還是200元的按金，這個年頭還收按金酒店不多了，這點比較影響體驗，畢竟房間裏也沒有什麼值錢的東西，會遭到破壞或者失竊的風險。通過按金來約束我們這些普通旅客，而不是別有用心之人，實在是麻煩。不過退按金的時候還是比較爽快且高效。
總的來説，如果想來保亭玩還是建議住在三亞，沒必要住在保亭受罪，感覺除了神玉島，可能沒有什麼合適的其他選擇。

設施較好，寬敞明亮落地窗可以看見對面的呀諾達房間打掃的乾淨整潔服務温馨體貼，我在別的酒店被蚊子咬的睡不着可在這個酒店安然入睡（服務人員早早的做了驅蚊，還又給了防蚊液）大床和枕頭特別舒適，立即又續住兩天😄😄工作人員人美心善告知在保亭的旅遊攻略，下次有機會再來還會入住！👍👍👍

UUsuário convidado第一次來海南，乘飛機直達三亞，選擇中線第一站就是有天然氧吧之稱的康養保亭，七仙嶺主峯美景很是壯觀，到縣城中心選擇酒店一眼看中翡麗的風格，入住實際體驗確實不錯，這個價格實惠，停車場綠樹成蔭的，環境很好，房間內部佈局設計輕奢模式，智能語音系統，音響的音質不錯，房間衞生還是可以的，衞生間有股淡淡的消毒水味道，看來衞生安全這塊應該是妥妥的，前台接待的美女很客氣的，主動介紹周邊旅遊景點，交通也是比較便捷的，都有車到，必須表揚下，周邊的餐飲很多，購物也可以，旁邊是七仙河，晚上還刻意散了散步，一直逛到七仙廣場，很熱鬧，我覺得這個位置，搭配酒店風格，價格實惠等，我還是很滿意的！再來保亭我還是會選這家酒店.

房間： 入住的山景房寬敞明亮，設計雅緻。最讓人安心的是 極度潔凈，從地板到衞浴都一塵不染，光腳行走完全沒問題。設施完備且智能，入住房型升級的房間舒適感極強。每間房具備温泉泡池入户！！
服務： 從下車禮賓主動提行李，到前台快速辦理、細心介紹，服務全程 熱情、專業且恰到好處，有需求響應非常迅速，讓人感到被尊重和照顧。
早餐： 早餐絕非敷衍！品種豐富，中西式自助餐一應俱全。食材新鮮，味道極贊！
温泉： 這才是重頭戲！户外湯池隱匿在自然之中，水質清澈，温度適宜。泡在温泉裏，呼吸着山林間的清新空氣，所有疲憊都煙消雲散，是真正的 “偷得浮生半日閑”。

TT5mattMixed review. Overall wasn't bad, but the listing/photos are misleading and I wouldn't have stayed here knowing the experience in advance.
Positives:
- Good service from staff
- Walking distance (10 mins) from Yanuo forest
- Short taxi (15 mins) to Binlang ethnic village
Negatives:
- Mold in shower + cockroach in hairdryer bag
- Photos and description misleading, we booked the Spring Bud Germination Double Bed Room but were told it doesn't come with a pool upon arrival so were 'upgraded' to the Autumn Rhyme pool, which also didn't come with a private pool as is listed (there is a shared pool available)
- Did not see any other guests during our stay, feels very remote and isolated
- Photos were slightly misleading; e.g., there is no private pool for the villas

UUsuário convidado貴酒店工作人員，我非常感激，19號入住，早上20號退房，由於本人自己的疏忽，把自己的包丟在房間的抽屜裏了，裏面1萬多元現金，錢包和證件，到下午2點左右才發現，打電話到酒店，前台小姐馬上聯繫客房服務員，幫忙找，確認包包還在，我們再開車返回酒店路上要3個小時，到那邊前台吃飯去了，就一個阿姨等着我們去取包，讓我們清點裏麪的物品對不對。由於時間來不及，我們就沒有等到前台小姐了，在此我深表感激！謝謝！
