設施較好，寬敞明亮落地窗可以看見對面的呀諾達房間打掃的乾淨整潔服務温馨體貼，我在別的酒店被蚊子咬的睡不着可在這個酒店安然入睡（服務人員早早的做了驅蚊，還又給了防蚊液）大床和枕頭特別舒適，立即又續住兩天😄😄工作人員人美心善告知在保亭的旅遊攻略，下次有機會再來還會入住！👍👍👍"

What's more, tasty barbecue is also on request.For those with more leisure time, there is an outdoor swimming pool available. Weary guests can rejuvenate themselves in the hot spring pool.
"The hotel is well situated in the Yanoda Forest park. The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, hot water available in the shower and all toiletries included. The staff was very helpful, although as a person who cannot speak Chinese it was a bit challenging. The breakfast and diner at the restaurant was very good. I quite enjoyed the offered night trail tour. Overall it was a very good stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to include the WeChat contact details on the hotel booking confirmation. The staff does not speak English so couldn’t communicate when I called the given number. It was very stressful and challenging to get into the park to access the hotel without someone trying to sell me an entry ticket. Also finding the right place for the shuttle service to the hotel took us half an hour and a lot of stress. Only if the hotel provided their WeChat in the booking confirmation I would have avoided all of this and the stress. However, once at the hotel the staff was very kind and helpful."

O hotel é Muito bonito, com quartos limpos e bonitos que oferecem UMA vista fantástica.O restaurante chinês também é Muito bom e a quantidade de comida é enorme!

"酒店環境超一流，陽台就能遠望五指山，在熱帶雨林的天然氧吧裏，在自家房間的陽台泡個温泉，真的是非常舒服。不足之處有兩點，一是房間設施需要維修或更換，花灑堵了三分之一，水流四散，浴室密封不嚴，洗澡水流到外面容易滑倒，床鋪老化，輕微翻個身都嘎嘎響，擔心床塌掉，不知道是隔音不好，還是什麼原因，酒店每個房間的關門聲都很大，哐哐的聲音此起彼伏。第二個不足是酒店的服務質量一般，除了前台感覺是經過了正規的服務培訓，其他的員工都沒有什麼服務意識，尤其是大堂吧裏一位年紀較大的女員工，問她有沒有冰的椰汁，她連頭都沒抬，就倆字“沒有”，感覺像欠了她似的，本想在大堂吧消費一下的，算了，回房間點外賣吧。"

"酒店衞生還可以，不是特別新，但是也不算顯舊。温泉和泳池應該是它的特色，但是我到得比較晚，所以並沒有體驗。
酒店並沒有洗衣房，而保亭地區玩水項目的景區又很多，因此顯得很不方便。選擇他是因為他是保亭縣離呀諾達最近的像樣酒店（除了呀諾達內部的酒店）。
另需要提一嘴的事情是，酒店處在比較孤立的郊外，因此停車場的蚊子較多且很毒。同時酒店還要收取300元，還是200元的按金，這個年頭還收按金酒店不多了，這點比較影響體驗，畢竟房間裏也沒有什麼值錢的東西，會遭到破壞或者失竊的風險。通過按金來約束我們這些普通旅客，而不是別有用心之人，實在是麻煩。不過退按金的時候還是比較爽快且高效。
總的來説，如果想來保亭玩還是建議住在三亞，沒必要住在保亭受罪，感覺除了神玉島，可能沒有什麼合適的其他選擇。"

"Хороший городской отель в Баотине. Удобно расположен. До автовокзала 5 минут на такси или полчаса пешком. Также в пределах 20-25 прогулки центральная площадь. До парка Цисяьнлин около 20 минут на такси. В номере чисто, сантехника работает. Очень удобная кровать. Из неё просто не хочется вылезать. На балконе есть дверь с сеткой, можно спать с открытым балконом не боясь нашествия насекомых. Завтрак скромноват, но голодным не останетесь есть что выбрать."

Да, вокруг есть заброшенные здания, но для нас это было скорее плюсом, чем минусом, вокруг тишина и спокойствие!
Хоязева очень дружелюбный и добрые!
Завтраки просто идеальные (яйца, тосты, фрукты, йогурт, кукуруза, пельмешки) напитки лучше взять с собой, на вилле есть чайник и кухня!
Жаль, что нам пришлось уехать, мы хотели бы здесь пробыть все наше оставшееся время на Хайнане! Рекомендую совместить с поездкой в парк в Янода!"

"Mixed review. Overall wasn't bad, but the listing/photos are misleading and I wouldn't have stayed here knowing the experience in advance.

- Walking distance (10 mins) from Yanuo forest
- Short taxi (15 mins) to Binlang ethnic village
Negatives:
- Mold in shower + cockroach in hairdryer bag
- Photos and description misleading, we booked the Spring Bud Germination Double Bed Room but were told it doesn't come with a pool upon arrival so were 'upgraded' to the Autumn Rhyme pool, which also didn't come with a private pool as is listed (there is a shared pool available)
- Did not see any other guests during our stay, feels very remote and isolated
- Photos were slightly misleading; e.g., there is no private pool for the villas"

從入住開始，就有賓至如歸的感覺。店長在院子裏泡茶，還有送的點心水果
房間很明亮寬敞，户外私人泡池也很大，露台兩把躺椅，可以看到山下熱帶雨林的風光，十分愜意
從一個細節就可以看出用心程度，一樓院子茶台用的一次性泡茶杯是質量很好的厚實的茶杯，而不是那種薄薄的一次性紙杯。
