酒店在grindelwald 另一端上坡，不太近Grindelwald station and Coop，好在門口就係bus 121,122,123，不過一開始自己見Google map話係train station行15分鐘only，點知推行李上斜坡都幾辛苦😂 好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg 雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨 但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵 早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食 雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100

Almost Perfect Stay at Hotel Alpenhof Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel. Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious. Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable. The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

No geral, foi muito bom. Reservei um quarto com varanda perto do Eiger, que era um pouco diferente dos quartos com varanda triangular com corrimão de madeira e vista desimpedida mencionados em outras avaliações. Este tinha uma parede na varanda; talvez a vista da varanda varie dependendo do tipo de quarto. No entanto, ainda era possível ver os picos das montanhas, e a vista deste lado era muito bonita. O atendimento na recepção foi bom, o café da manhã era bom e os funcionários até fritaram ovos para nós. O banheiro tinha todas as comodidades necessárias, incluindo uma banheira, e o quarto era bastante espaçoso. Este quarto, com o preço de 3.000 RMB por noite, era muito melhor do que a estadia de 2.500 RMB por noite no Dreamy Hillside Virgo Lodge – eram de uma categoria completamente diferente. O hotel é relativamente novo e as instalações são básicas. Não há outros suprimentos na sala, exceto uma garrafa de sabonete corporal para banho e lavagem. Não há cabides, chaleiras e xícaras, e não há geladeira, o que é muito inconveniente. No momento da reserva, a foto mostrava uma varanda, mas não havia varanda quando fiz o check-in. Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

I ended up booking a hostel bed because it was the only option left, and honestly, I was dreading it beforehand. Little did I know, my 'dream hill' would turn into a 'nightmare hill'! So, I accidentally missed my train in Switzerland (maybe couldn't find it, or got off at the wrong stop), which meant a 30-60 minute delay... and then I missed the hostel's last bus. I thought, '15-minute walk, no big deal, a little uphill is fine.' But it wasn't just a simple uphill, it was an incredibly steep climb! Dragging a 40lb suitcase left me utterly defeated. The front desk guy was busy checking in other guests (yep, only one staff member there), so he couldn't come help me halfway up the mountain until after 10 PM. Big thanks to the Trip.com customer service who kept me company on the phone during that time (it was so quiet on the hillside, not a soul around)... When I finally got to the hostel, I found out it was mixed-gender dorms. First time sharing a room with a bunch of guys, scared me to death! 🤯 The snoring was... well, hilarious haha 😂. Still, I'm grateful. That luggage was seriously heavy; I spent 7 minutes hauling it up the mountain, completely exhausted and burnt out. The next day was my birthday, and the front desk guy, with a bright smile, wished me 'Happy birthday,' as if last night's nightmare had truly just been a dream.

O pessoal do hotel era extremamente acomodante e útil! Todos nos sorriram, e eles nos saudaram.A localização é ótima e a vista das montanhas é invencível. De certeza que ficará aqui novamente em nossa viagem de volta! O serviço de navegação é super conveniente (Joao era um motorista grande e incompatível) para chegar a e de hotel/estação.

여행을 다녀왔는데 이곳에서 머물렀던 추억이 너무 좋았어요. 이곳에서는 이무것도 하지 않아도 즐겁습니다. 멋진뷰를 아침 저녁으로 보며 커피와 차 그리고 음식을 직접 만들어 먹었습니다. 즐거운 시간 보냈어요 :-)

遠超預期的酒店，攜程的酒店圖片真的把這家酒店的檔次搞低了，酒店無敵的好，我們的房間180度陽台，無敵的景色，陽台側面（圖一），陽台正面以及餐廳看出去的景色（圖2-4）。畢竟這麼高貴的地方，心理上也是怕服務員高傲，結果酒店服務人員服務無敵好，孩子要加一個梳化床，瞬間搞好了，吃飯加了15瑞郎的奶酪，服務員給娃詳細介紹了各種奶酪（隨便吃）。一路很少吃到蔬菜，這裏點到了一大盤蔬菜，第二天還為我們客制了一份grilled蔬菜。各種菜也很好吃。雖然4500一晚的價格是貴的，一家三口帶12歲娃，所以要貴點，但是這個景色這個服務，絕對值。
