Hilton Garden Inn Baku

Awesome hospitality and 5-star service in Baku! First time stayed here in December 2024 and was so much impressed by both - the brand new property itself and the extremely profesdional staff! I arrived from the airport in the middle of the night and went practically throgh from the reception into my room,. The whole stay was very pleasant and nice! Great impression of the hotel, great memories of Baku! Will definitely come again and stay here!

The hotel is new ,the ambiance is cool, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I visited a hotel for lunch, the food was tasty and service was nice.Would like to thank Bakhtiyar bey for greeting and helpfulness. Will definitely come to Hilton Garden Inn hotel again.

We were absolutely delighted by the service of the staffs at this newly opened property during our 5 nights stay. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were modern with nice city view. The only suggestion is to change the hotel entrance navigation on google map to make it easy to find and provide milk powder sachets in the room with tea/coffee. The breakfast every morning was too good at the beautiful restaurant from where we can see the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. From freshly baked croissants to beautiful poached eggs on toast to freshly squeezed orange juice, local fruits, azeri tea, chef's special shakshuka & fish tarts! All thanks to Vugar and Arzu from the Breakfast team who were soo sweet and paid so much attention every morning that it used to make our day! Habil, Rovshan, Abultalib, Shamil, Gamar & Zahra from the Front desk team were the familiar faces always ready to help. Special mention to Habil for always checking upon us. We were surprised to see that the sofa bed was ready with all the essentials when we came back after 2 hrs. He was one of the sweetest person with the most charming smile I met during my trip. The staffs are truly a gem at this hotel...Wish you guys all the best !

The facilities and the asthetic of the hotel are all very nice and pleasant. The staff have been very helpful and kind through our entire stay in the hotel. Mr vugar, Mr Ibrahim and Ms Arzu especially stood out to us in how helpful and lovely they have been. The breakfast was very tasty and the bedroom was very comfortable.

Everything is perfect. Hotel nice. Hotel area is so each. Almost in the city center. Hotel is new, staff working hard but they are everytime smiley. Breakfast is nice. Reception staff is so friendly and helpful. It was really best experience)

Very nice breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Ibrahim. Everything is very tidy and neat and new. The bed is super comfy. Our room has an atrium view that is lovely. I just wish the thermostat was set to a higher temperature inside the room.
