The price/performance ratio is absolutely high. If you bring breakfast and we don’t understand Spanish, it’s best to look at the breakfast ordered by other guests. If you order a breakfast you like, you will feel happy

Just indicate the process of the Parking ticket well, I had to retire at 3 a.m. and fortunately I found the person certifiing the ticket in the Machine. When host me only commented that I would seal it at my exit, however the person responsible commented that it should be done at night at working time as at morning it is not usually found.

A very well located hotel with a great team, a place to recommend and not only: a place to come back. I stayed here for quite a long while unfortunately, so I have a pretty good grasp on how this hotel runs. And I wouldn't return unless big changes are made. PROS: --price --breakfast included --pets allowed --lobby decor was cool CONS: --wifi doesn't work for more than a few minutes here and there --water takes almost 10 minutes to get warm --shower only has 1/2 door and gets water all over bathroom floor --all of the wooden trim along base of walls was off or falling off --stains on the new towels --supposed to get 2 waters/day, usually didn't happen --had to ask for more toilet paper --they don't like to clean your room some days and never clean it at the same time --room was hard to breathe in after they did ”clean” because they spray your bedding with harsh chemicals every time so it ”smells clean” --takes forever to be served at breakfast (only one employee) and always got things we never asked for or never received at least one thing we did ask for --top blanket on bed worn and had rough patches --no outside food/drinks are allowed even though the options and service within the hotel for dining isn't good --our travel-sized lotion in the bathroom was used and 1/2 gone already --walls are thin, easy to hear rooms next to you --rude if you ask for room to be cleaned, for new towels, etc. --no room service or laundry service options *not a con, but a tip: you need pesos daily so you can tip the server at breakfast as it's expected since it's not a buffet-style breakfast

We have Ambassador Elite Status from Marriott, and I must say we were treated truly like the Marriott Ambassadors. My wife and I received exceptional service from Gabriel, David, Aurora, Sergio, Elisa and many others in our 20 days stay. Gabriel even offered to cook the customized vegetarian Indian food for us, which we duly accepted. Needless to say that we have spent 300+ nights in Marriott across the world in last couple of years , but we were truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff of Courtyard Vallejo, Mexico City. I highly recommend Courtyard and Fairfield Inn, Vallejo.

It's the third time at that hotel, we will keep staying there as the price is quite fair, the location is just great, close to the main bus station, downtown and the main touristic sites. What we like the most of this hotel is the staff, want to mention Javier and Juan Carlos as they are between reception, bellboys and butlers, they are always helpful. Stephany from the front desk was very kind and enthusiastic. Guess they are short staffed withing the housekeeping department as the maintenance people were doing their job... Something simple from taking coffee to a room or even been a bellboy. Just hope they give them an extra for doing other things. Raymundo and Florentino from maintenance were helping us and we appreciate them taking some time to do so. I would rate this quite good, but we had a deception we never had before in this hotel... Our first room was never cleaned or anything when we came back to rest, they changed us to a different one, which we do thank, but housekeeping does need to be on point, details, basics and their checklist has always to be a priority. Also on the night of the 17th something was going on that other guests just made too much noise, till 3-4am, as we woke up many time and couldn't rest... If you read the document which you sign, part of the rules and policies are to please respect other night time, they need to work on this hard. The security guy, which works a lot compared to the normal 8-12hrs is just nuts, he was kind to help us move around and hopefully the security company which they work for see the long hours and good job they provide to this hotel. From the rest there is nothing to complaint about, the overall experience was good, could have been great. Thank you guys once again. Hope to visit you soon!

I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

Wow! Quite an experience! I arrived early on my first day and the front staff was able to put me in to my room at 9:30AM, which I appreciated since I had just arrived from a red eye flight. During my stay I frequently felt as if I was their most important guest, their staff greeting me with a friendly ‘Hola’, proactively giving me sweet drinks during breakfast, keeping my coffee full, and offering their assistance. Their maid staff was equally awesome, every day they mopped(!!!) the bathroom floor and replaced towels without even being asked. I didn’t even think that I made that much of a mess! It was extra appreciated with hotels cutting the majority of service with COVID. Don’t get me wrong, it is initially a little confusing finding my room due to the elevators/floors, but they escorted me to my room to ensure that I found it. There was also an odd issue with the fire alarm going off on my first day 5 minutes before my alarm was set to go off anyways.
