The hotel is super cute/adorable, great location, great coffee shop & cute bar patio.
BEST location, able to walk all around Downtown Austin, can't say enough of how great the location is.
But I was given the handicap room, very spacious but odd with low lighting, no place to hang towels in bathroom & just strange setup. It also didn't have a full length mirror. The room was cleaned late in the day, so around 5/6 PM came back to the room to change for the evening & room wasn't clean.

From check-in to check out, everything and everyone was excellent. It's a very convenient place at the corner of 6th and 7th street. I was in town for Austin City Limits. Less than a mile.

Nice newer property - awesome location. Room and amenities are comfortable and clean. My usual go-to when staying downtown. Only a few hiccups with this stay. Housekeeping request took 2 attempts to get extra pillows/towels. Outdated info on the in-room tv services needs to be updated - room service is NOT available anymore, and on the menu for food to be picked as "to-go", some descriptions and prices are in error. Also, music from the 2nd floor rooftop patio bar (which in and of itself is very nice) at night can be heard all the way up on the top floors. Lastly, there is only 1 ice machine for the whole hotel, on the 1st floor.
Other than those minor issues, still a great stay. Staff is courteous and helpful, and management did respond in a timely manner to address my concerns. I will probably stay there again.
