The double tree was a cute property with friendly staff at check in and throughout, it was undergoing renovations however that did not hinder us from having a great stay. The only issue we experienced was insignificant water pressure from the sink but hopefully after renovations that will be resolved. I would stay again in the future.

Great room 5th floor corner,, very large suite. Clean, comfortable and plenty of windows. Excellent customer service by Jackie,,,
Great hotel, parking only 20$/night.
8 min from UT.
Pappadeaux right across the street.
Restaurant in site.
*only downside - temporary renovations some noise in the afternoon.

The Hotel is getting remodel because is outdated. The construction created inconvenience at lobby doors and garage access.

There was a ton of construction we weren’t aware of and it just looks like they never cleaned because there was a beer bottle outside a door we walked past our entire stay as well as broken glass on our second night that left visible pieces for the rest of our stay. We could’ve cut our feet if we weren’t so careful
