The toilet was not cleaned . Ny lamp didnt work and my heat did not work and it was raining and cold .

It’s a ____hole, but it does the job if you only need a place for one night and will not be hanging around this place.

I am comfortable in my room. I have not any issues that would make me say I am not comfortable. It's practical accommodations for a good price. There is lot of convenient things very close by.

I left after entering the property. Door had been kicked in several times and the frame was patched back together with sheetrock screws. Took forever to get checked in, I had to find the clerk in a room away from the window. Tried to checkout after walking into the room but I couldn’t find the clerk again. Had to call ******* to cancel the stay. I was charged the night as a fee for cancellation. I have traveled for work for over ten years, this is the first hotel I would not stay the night at.

From when we first arrived we were spoken to in a very rude manner. Room was dirty,so we're the sheets. Hot water was not always available. No safety latch for the door,no smoke detectors.

Ok, I lived in Austin for 40 years so I remember when this hotel was a hub for sex workers before Soco became trendy. I paid very little to stay here and my expectations were low, although curious to see if it might have been renovated since that bad old days. I think the owners are like 35% towards fixing this place up. Positives: location, the carpet was decent, the tile in the bathroom area was new, a/c worked. Negatives: there was trash on floor left over from previous guest, the fridge was something right out of a dump - rusty door and I mean completely rusty, smelly, and was not even plugged in because it likely did not work. I tried popping popcorn in the microwave and it literally blew up. The bathroom ceiling was dilapidated, unpainted, peeling - looked awful. Another positive - I had my bike on the rack still on my vehicle and it didn't get stolen. Overall impression: this is a _______ hole.

I like the price it offers online but I hate that every time I have stayed there something is wrong with the room n they never have another one to switch u too like the first time it was cold and our heater didn't work then again the TV didn't work then again no refrigerator

Unless you want to stay at a hotel full on cockroaches and homeless people in the parking lot, I don’t not recommend this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Ive stayed here a few times when i come i to austin to work. Staff is great, helpful, quick and easy check in
