We really enjoyed our stay here and really appreciated the quick communication and customer service. The location is perfect and you can walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The parking is convenient.

The property is great, the staff is friendly and the area is lively. Not knowing much about Austin, I would recommend this property for someone who wants to stay up late and party. The apar**ent we stayed in overlooks 6th street and there was a lot of noise into the night including traffic, drunks and lots of slamming. Communication about how to get into the unit was fine but the procedure for making parking arrangements was unclear and I had received no communication about that prior to arrival.

I had a great stay overall - the location is great, the unit was super clean and comfortable. My primary suggestion has to do with the shower - the hot water doesn't get quite hot enough for a winter stay. Otherwise everything else was terrific!

This is an amazing place that gives you an experience without being in a hotel. Staff are great and ambiance is amazing! Highly recommend if you want close to everything and not a hotel!

Nice location across from a brewery and small grocery store. Restaurants and food trucks in the area. Nights are a bit loud. About 2 miles from downtown proper and 6th street bars.
My room had a trundle bed, sofa, chair and table. Good coffee downstairs but bring your own cup

I love this place! It's right in heart of East 6th st. Great value! You basically move to Austin for a couple days. Soooo much better than a Hotel!!!!

Great location and apar**ent was in great condition. Will definitely stay here again. Lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside was our room was on the 2nd floor right next to a bar with a large outdoor space so a bit noisy til early in the morning.
