No room service no amenities no trash pickup; no real help from the front desk. Would not start again. Bar tenders were helpful.

The hotel, room and staff were beyond friendly. Very centrally located. Party block right in back. Nice hotel! Will come back!!

Walkable to many dinning options. Easy access to highway. Clean rooms, great amenities. Only down side is 45 for valet parking per day.

Great hotel and vibe. Perfect location(walking distance to everything downtown). Fantastic rooftop bar, comfortable bed and large room with a great shower! Definitely recommend!

The room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. The hotel is next to the freeway which is very convenient but it can also be a little loud at night. Ladies at the front desk very unfriendly. Long faces everytime i saw them. Valet parking horrible. They only had one person on a busy weekend. The gentleman was running the entire time but on the contrary from the receptionist besides him being so busy he was so nice, friendly and polite. Always with a smile on his face.

Due to a speed dating event, we were told there were 50 cars waiting to be parked and that we should park downtown for $80/night. This was at 11 PM after driving 3 hours. The room was nice but noisy and the shower floor was dirty.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and has a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and stores. A little noisy at night but not too disturbing, I enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation is to make sure the room is cleaned properly, my room wasn’t vacuumed at all.

Everything was great except out keys were deactivated during our stay and the light and Bluetooth in the bathroom mirror did not work so there was barely any lighting in the bathroom.
