I always lemon tree hotel whenever i go to Aurangabad, it is the best hotel in Aurangabad as compared to other hotel in means in the form of hospitality and and customer satisfaction, after long drive of 7hrs such good experience to see smile faces in restaurant, checkin and checkout process quite smooth, rooms are neat and clean,in room dinner was quick with delicious food.. Had a breakfast next morning, where Mr.ankush, Sachin, shrikant take very good care and always ready to help with smile, Manager Mr.ram met us about our stay experience feedback and packed some stuff for my child during journey..appreciate the gesture.it's amazing experience... It’s was a really pleasant and welcoming stay. I frequently stay at Ginger Hotels and can assure that this one falls among the better ones of them. Jhanavi at the check in counter was also very welcoming and helped with our questions. The hotel is at a prime location at Aurangabad with a lot of conveniences nearby.

Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed
