The hotel has a good location and near The Centennial Olympic Park, just walk less than ten minutes from the hotel to get there, but this Area I don’t feel safe, some African American guys asked me for money and the hotel I did not see the Security in the lobby that makes guests feel not safe ,I hope they will improve it

Overall, this hotel met my expectation. The only exception is the AC. It worked well at the very beginning, however, once the fan speed was set to low, the engine suddenly became quite noisy.

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, bathroom was a bit dated there were some loose fixtures but still nice. Keys didn’t work for the gate but front desk clerks were very helpful. I may book again!

My friend and I stayed three nights at Hotel Clermont while visiting Atlanta. Great experience! The hotel served as an intriguing backdrop to our visit, enhanced by its decor, history, and, most importantly, its staff. First, Patrick (cafe barista) greeted us every morning with a beautiful smile, great conversation, and much-welcomed, early morning exuberance. What a great way to start the day! We felt as though we had our own guide to Atlanta with informed recommendations he provided for breakfast (Home Grown Restaurant), nightlife, and caveats. It feels good to stay for three consecutive nights. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to Atlanta's main attractions such as Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola within a 15-minute walk. Longer distances such as: Piedmont Park and Atlanta Botanical Park are also about a 12-minute Lyft ride. The hotel is easily accessible by subway MARTA. The room is large and clean overall. The place to criticize is that the room is very close to the fire stairs. Two days in the morning, hotel staff used this staircase to make a loud noise that disturbed the dream!

In the city center, downstairs is the subway, opposite the boa and cvs, very convenient. It’s a quick walk to CNN and the world of Coca-Cola. It’s easy to go anywhere.

My wife and I had a staycation at the Le Meridien Hotel 6/11/22. Calvin, our Front Desk Associate welcomed us with a friendly and welcomed smile. He was the ultimate consummate professional who treated us royally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

The hotel is very nice. The opportunity was upon checking in at the hotel at between 8:30pm - 9:30pm the female was not friendly at all. She was very abrupt in speaking. As a Platinum Elite when I asked about points she told me that I would not get points for my stay. Also, at approximately 4am in the morning, someone was trying to get Into our room, when my boyfriend went to the door to tell the female who appeared to be drunk she just keep insisting for him to open the door. I called down to the Front Desk to let them know and whoever it was that worked that shift came upstairs to get that person. I am a Corporate person who travels 99% for my job and Marriott hotels are our company Preferred hotel. As I stated the rooms are very nice inside, I now will have to travel to Atlanta now for business due to it now being my territory, but I am reluctant in choosing this hotel due to the check-in experience. But, I can say that my check-out experience was much better from your front desk guy this morning.
