We decided to treat ourselves and stay in a five-star hotel for the New Year holidays. Rixos President Astana is real magic with attentive service and delicious, hearty breakfasts. We liked the spa complex with a large, clean pool. The only wish is that the Deluxe room lacked the ability to dry clothes.

The room hardware is good and clean, but they forgot to put bathrobes in the room. When I went swimming, I met a Chinese guy who said that the suite was not cleaned in time, let alone the ordinary room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with some small details of Kazakh ethnic flavor. 特別好，整個都挺好的，我喜歡它家的游泳池和健身房，健身房很大，器材很多種，還有拳擊沙袋呢，游泳池水很清，旁邊還有桑拿房、熱水池，設施跟東北的洗浴中心差不多，很全。早餐非常好，我訂的房間是含早餐的，但那個長得像中國女生的服務員拿個賬單讓我簽，不知道啥意思，是要小費嗎？提個建議，房間冰箱裏和一樓酒吧都沒有哈薩克斯坦當地的啤酒。

The rooms are relatively large, and there is only one junior suite on each floor, so people traveling with us cannot be on the first floor. The location is pretty good.
