Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The lobby on the front floor is very large. After checking out, I adjusted the time here because I had a little time to get on the train. Isn't it convenient to meet in Asahikawa, which is exceptionally cold in winter? People may have different tastes, but I can sleep well in the route-in bed. I think it's because it's not fluffy. It depends on the location of the room, but from the room I stayed, I could see the train departing and arriving at Asahikawa Station. There is Tenjinkyo natural hot spring ”Traveler's Hot Spring” on the 17th floor of the top floor. The big bath stretches your legs and heals the fatigue of the trip. I entered twice at night and in the morning. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

The room is decorated in Duomi's usual style, a little newer. The bathhouse is quite large, and there is an ultra-high temperature pool outside which is perfect for those who like to soak in hot water. but! Never bring children! It is absolutely not cost-effective to forcefully charge a child fee of 3,000 yen per day when the room price is almost the same, and then only give out a pack of so-called child-sized pajamas, disposable slippers, towels and a duck sponge. The breakfast itself is average, but the price has been increased to 2,300 yen per person, and a three-year-old child is half price. Children are not charged for the 6,000-level Wagyu buffet outside (such as the well-known warm wild vegetables). In summary, it is better to stay at the premium hotel in Duomi, otherwise even if it has a hot spring, it is not worth the price.

This is my regular accommodation when visiting Asahikawa. The front desk is also a pleasant customer service, and although the large public bath is not large, it is healed enough. I especially like the bar on the top floor.

It is located quite far from the pleasure town of Asahikawa, and it is located on the opposite side of the central town from Asahikawa station, so this point is the reason why the overall evaluation was lowered. However, the room size was enough for one person to stay, clean and comfortable. Although the hot spring is also a little dissatisfied with the time zone of men and women, the quality of the spring was good and I was able to spend a very pleasant time. It was good that there was soup curry in breakfast and I felt like Hokkaido. Of course, I think it depends on the time, but I was able to spend １ nights at a price that can be said to be a tax ４, ５００ yen and a break on the weekday in late １ I stayed.

We had some problems getting to the hotel, as Google maps insisted on pointing us to another deserted building down the street (which also had a sign Takasago onsen). Once we got in, it turned out nobody at the reception spoke any English, luckily one of the other guests who was just checking in volunteered to interpret. It turned out that they wanted to notify us that the AC in our room was broken (it was 35 degrees outside). After refusing to accept that room, they gave us another room with a working AC. The hotel itself is very similar to other big spa hotels we stayed in, reasonably comfortable rooms, big buffet meals, but the quality of the food was so so, but the highlight of the place was the onsen, with about 10 inside pools and a nice outside jacuzzi. I guess that was the big attraction for all the tourist groups.
