I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace. There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes. I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children. I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly. I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water. A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.

J’ai réservé juste pour deux jours j’en étais sûre qu’il y a un petit problème en arrivant ce matin avec les Taxi face à très sale vraiment j’avais l’impression de rentrer dans un foyer je m’attendais à cinq étoiles mais malheureusement j’ai l’impression qu’il acheter des étoiles par compte les chambres elles sont très spacieux propre mais ça Ça vaut pas cinq étoiles impossible je vais rester ce soir et demain je vais écrire encore à la vie avec des photos

The hotel is a very friendly and welcome staff, and it is all new. A refined decor and fresh and delicious food J'y will return without hesitation especially that it is in a strategic and quiet location of the capital 👌

I have recently come back from staying a week at this hotel. Absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly. The service was great. We had booked large room to deliver training and they always went above and beyond during my stay. The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere. The staff speak little English, but always tried to help where ever they could and would always greet me when in passing. The food, well what can I say? It was amazing! The breakfast, lunch and evening meals were absolutely amazing and don't understand why some people have said it needs improving. Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate. Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary. The conference room that we had book did get a little warm even though the AC was on max, but that added to the experience. We always have fresh water bottles in the conference room in the morning and replenished in the afternoon. They reception staff were always friendly & help me on my check out when I could not locate my wallet (my fault as forgot where I had placed it). After such a great week, I was reluctant to come back to England. This overall was a great first visit to Tunisia and my overall experience of the country was enhanced by the lovely hotel staff and amazing food. If I had to give a CON it would be that the larger fish needed to be in a bigger tank. Thank you for a great experience and I wish you all the best. I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. About 200 people were famous. To be honest, half a person in Tunisia. Different hotels living in the month, her family's breakfast is small and poor, the variety is very poor, the place to eat is as big as a public toilet, 哎

The bed is too old 😁😁😁 Its not even comfortable anymore It's like sleeping in the ship 😎 I know it's cheap, but, lucky me only 3 days 😁 But it is clean around old furniture Towels are clean, the shower is good, and there is very strong water,. The reception lady is not friendly, once i asked her for the museum Bardo, she said open, and asked her again, still said open, later i found out, is not open 👹

Un bel endroit paradisiaque au calme Les personnels sont tous très gentils! Surtout la femme de chambre, le jeune réceptionniste avec les lunettes , le maître nageur , ainsi que les petites cuisinières . Je ne sais pas malheureusement les noms 😕 Ils sont tous parfaits et professionnels La bouffe a été délicieuse, merci Chef et toutes l'équipe de la cuisine ❤️ J'aimerais bien encore visiter cet Hôtel Vraiment un séjour de détente même s'il est au centre ville !

Breakfast is ok, the overall environment is similar to the domestic season, the background music in the lobby is also soothing, parking is available at the door, the sanitary environment is OK, and welcome drinks are available when you arrive at the hotel
