Beppu Apartments

整個住宿驗質素挺好，唯一問題就是最初check in 的時候，trip.com 提供的pin 碼並不能進入酒店大門，我們嘗試用酒店大門的查詢pin 碼系統，但是他顯示trip.com 提供的預約確認碼不存在，酒店又沒有服務前台，導致我們在門外乾等了十五分鐘。我們並沒有日本電話，但是酒店又在大門寫著若要聯絡他們尋求協助要打電話給他們。幸好trip.com 提供打電話給酒店服務，讓我們得以聯絡酒店。然而酒店協助我們的人並不精通英語和中文。我們嘗試用英文溝通也花了不少時間，令我們在門外等到身心疲累。 The quality of the entire accommodation experience was very good. The only problem was that when we first checked in, the pin code provided by trip.com could not enter the hotel gate. We tried to use the pin code query system at the hotel gate, but it showed that the reservation confirmation code provided by trip.com did not exist. The hotel did not have a service front desk, so we waited outside the door for fifteen minutes. We didn't have a Japanese phone number, but the hotel wrote on the door that if we needed to contact them for assistance we should call them. Fortunately, trip.com provides a hotel calling service, which allowed us to contact the hotel. However the person who assisted us in the hotel was not fluent in English and Chinese. We spent quite a while trying to communicate in English, and we were exhausted waiting outside the door.

When I arrived the hotel, the two parking lots on the right side of the entrance were occupied but the one on the left side was still vacant. So I temporarily parked there to unload my luggage and then drove away to a nearby public paid carpark. However when I came back, I found the parking space was occupied by a rental car with a Fukuoka license plate and it parked there for the whole night. The instruction sent to us clear said the customer can only use the two parking lots on the right side with “first come first serve” principle. I am wondering what is the left parking space used for? If it is only used for unloading and pickup, then the instruction should clearly mention it. Otherwise it is not fair for the customers that followed the rules and parked their cars to somewhere else.

The place I located 10 minute walk from Beppu station. The checkin is done through a tablet on the reception. Unmanned. Make sure you have the entrance pin code. Not the easiest of checkins. The walls in the bathroom are dusty, the AC too. The bathroom is not heated, so very cold. We had the AC on max, still very cold, there was a cold draft from one of the light switches. The beds are comfy and clean.

Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。 ２点、改善いただきたい点があります。 1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。 2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。 以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too! Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us. TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch! Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system! Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

牙刷要自備，房間有洗衣機 附近多幢相似名字的民宿 走15分鐘到達別府站 往大街方向走10分鐘有大型商場youme ，裹面有超市，mcdonald, subway，有gu, uniquo。

今次安排住2樓，整體很乾淨很舒服不過地板行路會大聲一點會影響樓下，所以必須要放慢腳步，另外建議在凳腳加上保護套減低聲浪，另外廚房設備齊全很乾淨

넓고 좋아요 하지만 단점은 트릿닷컴 웹으로 사용할시 소통이 힘드실 수 있습니다 영어랑 일본어 잘한다면 힘들지는 않습니다. 렌트카 대여 하시는분들 추천드리고 1층은 추천하지 않습니다. 저희는 2층이였지만 1층은 2층 소리가 다 들려요 층간소음... 가족단위 여행시 2층 추천해요 넓고 요리 해먹을 수 있어서 좋습니다. 다만 렌트카 없다면 추천하지 않습니다. 주차 무료

I have transport and is easy to reached here) Great and value for Money, clean and spacious. just need to make sure you have the check in detail. as it is a self check in hotel. (if need car park, need to request for location just a short walk)
