Very clean, very new smart hotel. The children like it very much, because they can talk to Xiao Du all the time, control the curtains and lights, and listen to stories. The bed in the twin room is relatively large at 1.35 meters, which is suitable for family travel. The bath water is very large, and the shower is very comfortable. The toilet is also smart. It is also polite to call the front desk for inquiries, and answer any questions. The parking coupons are taken at the front desk. It is recommended to scan the code and bind it several times, because the money will be counted when the timeout expires. Just brush it a few times. The breakfast is at the entrance of the parking lot on the first floor. It has basic items and you can eat enough. There are 48 extra adults and 28 children. Before leaving, the children were still reluctant to leave, and said they would stay in a hotel with Xiao Du! Next time I come to Anji, I will choose Tulip, because it is very new, the children like it, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high compared with the surrounding areas.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The hotel is built against a mountain, with a small river in front. It's winter now, so it's not a good time to go into the water. There are several buildings. We stayed in the parent-child room on the top floor of Building 2. We can see the swimming pool (outdoor) downstairs and the small village at the foot of the mountain opposite. The hotel has a total of 6 parent-child rooms, which are loft structures with separate bathrooms above and below so they don't disturb each other. There are also many toys to make the children happy. There is an outdoor children's playground in the back mountain. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. The child and her friends spent the afternoon digging in the sand there. Further up the children's park, there are some tents and facilities where you can make tea by the fire. We didn't ask the hotel, so we don't know if the hotel can provide these. You can walk up a short mountain road further up. After breakfast in the morning, I walked here for a while, breathed in the fresh air and digested my food, haha. As for the breakfast, it is quite satisfactory, tastes good, not many varieties, but enough to eat. The hotel's service is also very good, responsive to all requests, and the customer service always arrives quickly and solves the problem. The child said he wanted to go to Pulana and planned to go there again in the summer to experience the coolness of the outdoor swimming pool and gurgling stream. There are few places to eat around the hotel, but it is not far from Yunshang Grassland, so we always drive to eat around Yunshang Grassland. In addition to Yunshang Grassland, there is also a Yunxia Lakeside Art Museum nearby, where you can light an open fire and the scenery is great. Facing the lake in the winter afternoon, you can bask in the sun, drink coffee, and make tea by the fire. It is a very pleasant weekend.

It was a pleasant and pleasant experience to choose the Hilton Hotel when traveling in Anji. The hotel is newly opened and decorated. The facilities are perfect and clean. I am satisfied with my stay at Ding ShangYi hotel. The most important is that i felt very comfortable while being on an escape to relax myself in this hotel. The staffs provides easy & professional service, feeling being well looked after in this property. Upon check-in, i could refresh myself with unlimited complimentary two types of iced tea and cookies, surely most hotels doesn't provide this. I slept peacefully day as well as night as the environment is always very quiet inside and around the hotel. I love the bed coz it's specially comfortable. I had my dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, it was all a few seafood dishes, i must say that the Chef truly emphasizes on quality and visual/presentation. After dinner my 4 friends and i went for karaoke which is right next to the hotel, very convenient indeed. I came across Mr. Avi, the lobby manager, we chatted for a while, he told me that he has been serving in this hotel for the past 8 years. Wow! I've been to quite a few hotel in China, surely never came across a foreigner working for so long in a hotel. This guy speaks 6 different languages, including Chinese mandarin. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my friends who'll want to travel to Anji.

Although we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure
