I stayed in this hotel for more than one night as a part of an organized tour. It was described by the tour company as a newly renovated luxury 4 star hotel, which is utter nonsense. This hotel is in dire need of renovating the rooms. The rooms are falling apart. The AC is weak and smelled of acetone for some reason. There are many permanent stains on furniture and on the carpet. The cleanliness is questionable. The bed linens looked clean, but there was an eyelash and a small black hair on one of the pillows. The toilets barely flushed. Some furniture was damaged ie there were holes in some of the lamp shades. The TV had only arabic channels on it. The garbage can in the bathroom was broken. The door frame was falling apart. I can go on and on. Staff are polite but not exactly friendly. One couldn't even get a cab for us, saying it was rush hour. I would never come back to this hotel, ever. I don't know why tour companies use it for group tours. There are better hotels out there in Amman for a reasonable or similar price.

Very bad experience. This is my first time in this hotel, I was invited to a wedding and I spent 6 hours give or take. I walked around in the hotel and all I can say is that service was beyond terrible, food was almost disgusting, I was hungry and I tried the buffet but I couldn't eat anything, no taste at all. The service was the worst of all. Lamb meat looked like chicken and tasted like something I don't even know.

Dated hotel. Stains on the floor and walls of the room, clumsy bathroom with, for example, toilet lid that kept closing, shower with hardly any space and mold. No open fresh look. The hotel is super quiet, you can open the window, breakfast was much better than in some reviews. But it feels very closed and there is no connection with the outside. The staff was also quite friendly and helped for example when I asked for a reservation for taxi and dinner, and when I needed a small meeting room we could sit in the manager's room. They do their best, but really nothing extra. Good swimming pool! The hotel and staff really needs a fresh renovation.

The guy who checked me in during the early hours and the guy (possibly manager?) At the restaurant were friendly but the remainder of the staff made me feel I had upset them. Sometimes I would be abruptly told where to sit for example. II actually googled about middle east customs in case I had accidentally upset them. I missed lunch one day because when I was told it opened at 13:30, when I went there I was told 14:30.i went back around 15:00 after a swim and had missed it. My *********** reservation said all meals included and selected soft drinks. Unless that meant complimentary water I do not know where these drinks were as I could not find the bar. I've given three stars as the room was comfortable, the two guys I mentioned were friendly, the swimming pool was good and the check in/out was quick and easy. overall though I don't think it justified the price.

Positive: The rooms are spacious and clean, there's an okay pool and the area is quiet. Negative: The service is very poor. I stayed here 5 nights and every evening I had to look for the service stuff to order my food. I waited, no one showed up, I had to go look for them. This lead there that I preferred eating outside and paid myself than eating within the hotel (which was included!!!). I have been told that there's usually a buffet but as there were not many guests around I had to order from the menu.

First night in Jordan after long trip from US - and no hot water in whole hotel - and barely any water pressure. No way to really freshen up after long trip. Beware - this property has really slipped. Only good point was breakfast food was good.

2 people struck me as outstanding, the executive chef Ameed and Renee in housekeeping. Front office desk is a disaster, my office paid full board 19 days and just because we paid the whole bill, I wasn't allowed to eat, with full payment done. Even service staff didnt want to answer because they said I'm not allowed to order except cash. service staff are even worse. I didnt believe that rudeness and lack of professionalism would be a daily thing. No service , just walking around, doesnt take trays from the rooms, says it's not their job. Doesnt take trays into the room, also it's not there job. To be honest, the service by itself made me never want to come back or recommend it. If that's fixed I might come back and recommend it. Some improvement on food diversification would be nice. Some improvement on connectivity would be nice as well. Shame I could have rated it better, just the service of waiters room service and front desk ruined the whole experience.

Camere ampie e posizionato abbastanza bene ( non in “centrassimo” ma poco lontano). Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per visitare Amman ed i suoi dintorni. È un 4 stelle per “noi 3”. Punto forte: pulito e personale accoglienza veloce e carino Da migliorare: condizionatore un po’ rumoroso qualche cosa da sistemare con una buona manutenzione (es. presa corrente) e perché piscina che chiude già alle 17??
